Been using these since shortly after my son was born during the daytime. Have had no issues. Have used them at night a few times by mistake and have always had leaks in the early hours of the morning (12+hours of wearing). Have never had any nappy rash or issues from them. Has kept our costs down for nappies as well. Do not recommend for nighttime… Read more

use, but daytime they work really well if put on correctly no leaks unless we have had blow outs (which nothing would stop those).

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Tried these for my 6 month old son who notoriously leaks through everything. While I found them to be leak-proof on him, THE NAPPY RASH was abominable. Blisters and bleeding after only a few days. How are they allowed to be on shelves? Have switches to Joonya nappies and slowly seems to be subsiding. Don’t buy unless you… Read more

want your baby’s bottom to be blistering and bleeding. These nappies are child abuse and should be discontinued immediately.

Same experience for me as I’ve read in other reviews, these left my baby with a bad blistered rash that has eased and began to heal since switching back to Tooshies

Let Down – Have been using Cub nappies due to financial reasons! For the last 6 months before that I was using Babylove. Haven't had a problem until now. The Purple 13kg -18kg Size 5 Walker feel like cardboard and my son had 250 ml when he went for his morning nap! Toilet training so he peed in toilet beforehand came out 2 hours later and he was peeing on… Read more

the floor whilst wearing the nappy! And then last night he weed through the nappy. Hasn't before wearing same brand. Batch A01:0807190412523! Not impressed at all! The Pull Up Nappies/Pants aren't much better!

Highly disgusted with CUB NAPPIES – I purchased CUB nappies for my 2 month old daughter last week size 2 toddler from coles and I found a stain on a hand full of the nappies that looks like blood. Well that's what the stain looks like to me. I can not believe what I saw when I was about to put a nappy on my 2 month old baby, who knows what she could catch from it. The top layer of… Read more

the nappies had nothing on it the bottom layer half of them had that stain. I refuse to put any of them on my child.

Pretty good for something so cheap – I bought these nappies for a slightly different reason as to most do. My 7 year old daughter caught a really, really terrible tummy bug, and it made her so sick she couldn't control her poo for a bit. Knowing she was small, I went out and bought the cheapest, largest baby nappy size they had at coles (which were the CUB nappies), took them home… Read more

and put her in them for a bit. They actually held up really well, and fit my 7 year old who was obviously a bit bigger than the 4 year old these are made for. They managed to hold in some really nasty, sloppy and stinky poos without leaking poo onto the floor or odour. They honestly held up really well. I still have about a third of the bag of nappies left, so if she or her twin brother ever catch a bug like that again, we can nappy them to ensure nothing gets on the floor. really happy!

Great nappies! – Surprised at the bad reviews. Have liked these nappies from newborn onwards, without any issues whatsoever. They are comfy with a good stretchy waistband, easy to apply and inexpensive. I prefer them to most other nappies. The only brand to rival these is Babylove, which I think are a touch better than Cub for absorbency. Show details

Would never go back – When I found these nappies everything changed! More absorbent that huggies or babylove. Lasts us longer because there’s more than a packet and half the price! Started using these when bub started in size 2 and he’s now size 6!  Show details

Gave my son a rash – gave my son a huge rash !! Wasn’t nappy rash, at first I didn’t clue on that it could be the nappies I went to a dr he said it looked like eczema. But I decided to change to huggies and after two days the rash was subsiding- Never use them again

WORST NAPPIES EVER! – One star is being generous! They are smaller then other brand nappies, thinner and they do not hold anything. They can't sit on my son for an hour without issues. I would stay away from these nappies, unless you want to wake up to your child covered in pee/poo. It is disgusting Show details

Do not buy – These nappies are truly disappointing. I was initially attracted by their reasonable price, but the moment I touched them, I knew they would be a problem. They are noticeably thinner than most nappies and lack that waterproof feel on the outside. Despite my concerns, I decided to try them since I had already opened the pack. After using 10… Read more

nappies, every single one leaked, leaving me with wet or soiled clothes each time. I was trying to save money, but it turned out to be a complete waste! It's frustrating that a baby product like this doesn't even come close to doing its job. If I knew how to return an opened pack, I definitely would. Please note they also gave my son a horrible rash!

Horrible rash – These nappies left our daughter with a terrible RED raw nappy rash that blistered. I didn’t make the connection until we used them for a second time and the same thing happened. She has never had a nappy rash before, ever. Show details

Unsure - Odour causing – Just purchased from Coles Online. 1 bag, size 5 last week. Fell in love with these nappies upon first use because they provided great room and support around wider wasted baby to the point where we could size down. Whereas the other nappies we were using from her birth run smaller. They also provide these extra levels of support around the… Read more

thigh area and are very absorbing. We live right by a water park and our Little Miss likes to randomly run through it when we go to the park and they stay dry because of this plastic like outer material.

The reason for the low rating is due to a weird odour that is occurring. I first thought it was sand from a friend's place, then I thought maybe a UTI but I have been switching between my previous brand and Cub and I can confirm whatever is in the nappy is reacting with the urine and leaving a smell and materials around her area.

I'm devastated to change However I cannot justify putting her at a toxic risk to save money.

Appreciate the reviews parents pay as it truly helps when we have random things happen as all children are different and reacte to everything extremely differently.

Cub bare nappies - DONT BUY! – Do not buy!! I have used the standard cub and aldi nappies with all my children and I recommend you do the same.. the cub bare are a waste of money and time! Constantly leaking, coming off and fraying apart.. I've never had nappies as bad as these and hope this message gets out before more people waste money... coles you usually do well but in this case you have failed, please stop production to keep a good reputation. Show details

Wastage of Money – One of the worst experience with these diaper. My bBy's skin is always wet even diaper is not full. It doesn't absorb properly. Always leakage during night and sometimes during day time as well even they aren't fully full. Never buy this product again. Show details

Utter garbage for size 3 Boy – These are absolutely useless at keeping my little boy clean and dry. We have leaks at least 3 times a day and the Velcro comes loose and does not stick to the nappy. I have to use 2x as many as the Little Ones or 3x more than the huggies branded nappies. They're the same price as the little ones but infinitely worse in quality. Show details

Terrible Rashes – I tried these nappies for convenience/price but since had to throw them out. I have never seen such awful, red, raw rashes on my son's skin. Back to Huggies, and I'd be happy to spend double to never see those marks on him again. Show details

Leaks – Nappy leaks from the top when not even very wet especially at night when lying flat. Maybe to do with a non-stretchy waistband and little absorbency. Decided to review to try to save other babies suffering.

Have baby a terrible rash – We always use Huggies but we needed to save money, as soon as I changed baby had huge rash , we used Huggies again and tried these after the rash went away, as soon as we used another to get through the packet the rash was back. Will never buy again

Don’t waste your money – Basically useless. Pathetic absorbency and tabs aren’t sticky enough. Fine if you don’t mind changing your baby (and their soaking clothes) every 5 minutes. Otherwise leave well alone. Sizing also doesn’t make much sense. Show details

Awful – Whilst they feel soft you may as well use a paper towel as a nappy and it would do the same job. Exterior of nappy was wet to touch after 2hrs, clothes were damp every time. Wouldn’t buy these ever again.  Show details

The worst – Needed a cheaper option for our bub as we have always used huggies. She is 16 months old, we are very diligent with changes etc! I’ve never seen her have a rash like she has with using these for 48 hours, no retention of her poo in the solid nappies and those crystallised balls everywhere!  Show details

Dont use – Worst nappy. The glue is terrible and nappy doesnt fit property. 4 out of 5 times the nappy leaks from the sides making clothes totally wet. Hv to change it after 1 hour to avoid leaks. Show details

Leaks. Every time – These nappies have leaked every single time we've used them as a night nappy. Absolutely would not buy them again, they're useless. If you want to avoid middle-of-the-night strip downs and bedding changes, do not buy these nappies.  Show details

Gave my little one nappy rash – We ran out of our usual Woolworths Little Ones nappies and was doing an onlines Coles order so I thought I would give these a try. Right out of the bag they looked poorly constructed. It was thin and flimsy. On the 2nd day my little one had a rash (she rarely ever gets rashes), the rash got worse despite more frequent changes and using Sudocream. By the end of the 2nd day I ditched the Coles. Back to our trusty Woolworths nappies! Show details

Utterly useless – Leak every single time, even if my child wets only once (10 months old so not like a big wee) and God forbid if you try to use these as night nappies. Will end up costing you more in laundry and nappies (as they need changing every single wet, no matter how small) Show details

Changed, now leaks – Was using Cub nappy pants for ages, Suddenly I bought I pack and found that they were completely different and bam, leaking every night. I've had to go back to Huggies :( which is an obvious bigger expense but there is no way I can be bothered to deal with washing both kid and bed everyday, especially in winter! No way. Show details

Worst nappy pants my daughter has worn – My daughter has worn numerous brands of nappies and nappy pants over the past 3 years. These were the worst. The only time she ever felt ‘wet’ and had wet pants was after wearing this brand.

New changes are the worst – I have alway used Cub nappies and have thought they were brilliant & I also try to shop for Australian made products. Recently, however, I noticed they have changed, a new colour and print on them, but purchased anyway as I still thought they’d be the same great nappies. I couldn’t have been more wrong, the nappies tabs are now so weak they come… Read more

undone, they don’t fit around the legs at all now, and the absorbency is so poor that they leak straight onto the babies clothing! I have no idea who within the company approved these changes, but clearly not enough testing was done, these need pulling off the shelves. I’ve just read another review to say they are no longer made in Australia. What a shame.
