Dodgy brothers inc – Sent 2 parcels totalling 40kg. Declared exact measurements and weight and was quoted price. 3 weeks after items were delivered, I was charged additional $22 because they measured them to be larger and heavier than I declared. No invoice or contact was made, I just happened to notice the charge on my credit card. 4 Days later they charged me… Read more

another $41 for 'failed delivery', as the recipient wasn't home and they left them at the post office. Again, didn't find out until I noticed it on my credit card and contacted them. Pathetic, dodgy company. Would never deal with them again.

Great service – I Have used this company several times with no issues at all. One of these was organising freight from Canada to South Australia. Dealing with a French Canadian speaking seller was difficult but the process with your freight agent was pretty straight forward and received my package undamaged with in 1 week I which was far cheaper and quicker than… Read more

any other postal service I could find. I have also had many items sent interstate and never experienced any issues at all. Packages always arrived quickly and undamaged. Will Definitely continue to use your freight agent

Complete inept and unable to conduct business – I transported a sensitive parcel from NT to VIC, the parcel was damaged during transit, insurance claim was lodged back in November, still have not been paid out. This company looses emails, does not return phone messages and is a complete shamble of a company. Time to report it to Small business buru Show details

Dodgy, unreliable, tries to scam for more money or to keep goods via 'abandonment' - INVESTIGATION NEEDED – Would give it zero if I could. Sent two large boxes of personal items to Singapore, from Australia, approx. 27kg each, in late January 2021. 1. I followed their packing instructions to the letter, bought packing boxes with exact measurements shown on the outside, weighed boxes myself, completed accurate documentation about weight and size.… Read more

Received a quote based on those box measurements and weight that appeared reasonable to me (I've moved 30+ times and am very familiar with shipping rates). Still, when the boxes were picked up and taken back to their warehouse, another $100 was added for the box sizes being larger and heavier than what was indicated. How???

2. I took out insurance for $4000+ worth of contents - which cost $150+ for the premium. A bit pricey but what are you gonna do? This required that I type up a very detailed list of EVERYTHING in the boxes including their $ value. Without this detailed list, they said I could not ship it.

3. Extremely patchy communication for pick up. Was given a day/time, which wasn't adhered to. When the guy finally turned up, he had a UPS shirt on. He had no paperwork to give me as a receipt for taking the boxes, nothing on him to adhere the mailing labels to the boxes (you are told not to adhere these yourself but to let the pick up guy do it), so when I queried how I could be sure the boxes would be delivered to the correct address, that it wouldn't somehow go 'missing' because I had declared $4000 worth of goods in a very detailed (compulsory) packing list, how I could track it if it did go missing, the response was 'you will just have to trust me'. Hardly confidence building.

4. The receiver in Singapore contacted me 5 days later to say the boxes had arrived (phew) but were stuck in customs. That was all I was told. I assumed the receiver would fix the problem on their end and that would be the end of it.

5. About 10 days later (11 Feb), I received an email from this freight company saying that the boxes had been 'refused' by the receiver and I had one week, until 19th February, to decide if I wanted the boxes returned to me at my own additional cost (another $759) or abandoned.

6. I then began investigating what had happened. Turns out, refusal is not what happened. So, this freight agent was lying - but also demanding I pay money to fix the problem (either pay to have goods returned to me or forfeit $4000 worth of goods - either way, I am losing more money).

7. I contacted the receiver. On the SG end, the delivery man in SG had brought the boxes to the receiver's address without any prior notification it would arrive that day, so when the delivery man turned up at the receiving address he was met by a house cleaner, as the receiver was at work. Delivery man demanded $400+ in 'delivery fees' from the house cleaner, which she declined to pay, and so she declined to accept the boxes, instead calling the receiver to let them know what had happened. The receiver then contacted UPS and Singapore Customs about it. Turns out, despite the goods being declared as personal items for insurance purposes, SG Customs put a $400+ GST fee on the boxes based on declared value. It's important here to say that a GST fee is very different to a 'delivery fee' demanded by a SG delivery man. Furthermore, when GST is due on packages, SG Customs ALWAYS contacts the customer ahead of time to arrange payment BEFORE delivery. It would seem none of this happened.

8. The receiver then worked with UPS and SG Customs to have the GST waived as the two boxes were personal items belonging to a returning SG Permanent Resident. Under such circumstances, no GST is payable. Resolving this between the receiver and SG Customs took a couple of weeks. The receiver didn't tell me any of this was happening as it was no longer something I could get involved with anyway and they didn't want to bother me.

However, it was during those two weeks of it being resolved with Customs that this freight agent then contacted me via email on 11 Feb and said the boxes had been "refused for delivery and I needed to pay another $759 for return to me or abandon the boxes". On the face of it, if I had believed this freight agent and the email they sent to me, I probably would have paid the $759 and had the goods returned, BECAUSE this freight agent is the only contact information I had about the delivery. I had no contact information given to my by ups or anyone else in the supply chain.

I instead contacted the receiver in SG to find out if any of this was true. Per above, of course it wasn't true - and the receiver had documentation from UPS and SG Customs to prove it.

To make matters worse, when I took all this information back to this freight agent asking for a 'please explain', this freight agent claimed they had no knowledge of any of this - nothing from UPS or SG Customs, so they claim, to indicate this was still a pending delivery. How is that even possible when you are the freight agent and responsible for delivery? If it isn't your job to know what is actually happening with a delivery, then whose job is it? It just defies belief. Honesty, trust, any kind of ethics just don't exist with this freight agent. All you get when you call them out is 'sorry'. Frankly, it's just not good enough.

Of course I declined to pay another $759 and I also declined to abandon the delivery. I requested this freight agent nullify their demand letter to me and put the matter into 'pending status.' I never heard back on my request - it just went unanswered.

Yesterday - 23rd February - I received an email from this freight agent saying the boxes have been successfully delivered and they are sorry for the delay in emailing me back. That's it. No acceptance of their screw up, no apology for the wrongfully sent demand letter, nothing.

Bottom line: This is a freight agent that is dodgy to the extreme and preys on customers they assume have zero knowledge about international shipping. This is a scam - the so-called compulsory declared list of items that I had to include basically means they hold you to ransom. They know what's in the boxes - in mine there was an SLR digital camera among other items that I had to declare in order to get it insured - so they know what they're doing in forcing you to consider payment or abandonment. Communication is zero. Professionalism doesn't exist. Responsiveness is woeful. Any acknowledgement of wrongful demands or treatment is ignored. And they are far too quick to demand extra $$ to resolve issues.

Avoid at all costs. Companies like this should be investigated and shut down. I have documentation to support everything I have relayed here.

This company is a scam.....Stay Away!!! – Booked a courier through this company on September 18 to bring a package from Australia to Singapore. Package was never picked up....it is now December 9. Communication very patchy and all blame on FEDEX. Eventually they agreed to cancel the shipment and refund the money ($166) but radio silence despite 4 follow ups. Show details

Worst Freight Agent In Australia – I'd give these guys zero stars if I could! Two issues with my consignment - 1) Courier was not going to show up the day I booked collection for - lucky I called at 4.30pm and put my foot down! 2) My item was damaged in transit ($160 worth of damage) and I lost the Ebay sale due to this, as 'Your Frieght Agent' ([name removed]) dragged her feet in… Read more

getting my claim off the ground. After she ignored my emails I finally had her colleague step in and FINALLY tell me I needed to complete a claim form, but there is a $170 excess! I never received a PDS for my freight insurance and was basically told too bad, so sad, you should have read the fine print on our website. My request to have at least the insurance fee refunded fell on deaf ears. These guys are truely pathetic and I wish I had read the countless negative reviews about them before trying out their 'service' (or lack thereof)! Avoid at all costs!

Terrible service and cancelled my pick up through a mix up with another customer – Didn't collect my parcel on the collection date after mixing up my order with another customer. Refused to rectify it by booking with another courier. Terrible customer service. Didn't offer to fix their mistake. Show details

The worst – Worst customer service, very confusing. Didn’t show up for my scheduled pick up and when I asked explanations they said they didn’t read the email I sent with the documentations required for the shipment. They were not able to reschedule a new pick up for the following day even if they said they would have. Ridiculous and very unprofessional. Big waste of time. Show details

staff named [name removed] said ok. Today it’s 16/6/2020. More than 100 days past, we still didn’t receive refund from them. Sent many many emails without reply. Called them a few times, and their staff always said the refund will be issued in next week. However nothing with the refund so far. They charged us $336.36 without transport any item.

Very disappointed with their service. Would like to give them zero star or minus if I can.
