YPA coburg unprofessional liars – My review is based solely on my experience with YPA Coburg . We rented a house in Brunswick West I would like to state the landlords were very nice and always attended repairs efficiently. fumigate because we had a dog ( they were aware I had a dog at the beginning of the lease and the house has no carpet). They said my dog had fleas, I offered several occasions to provide them with vet reports to state my dog was parasite free, they eventually after sometime of harassment gave up on this. YPA coburg were also were really inflexible with doing the final inspection and asked us to leave early or pay extra rent because the rental agreement time that ended didn't suit them. One occasion the agent showed up unannounced to show people around the house and claimed the email they sent me was deleted.

After we left the property YPA claimed the professional cleaners we hired didn't listen to them and wouldn't return their calls and we never had an issue with contacting the cleaning company who stated the real estate had never contacted them. YPA lost the bond form after I emailed it to them. YPA claimed to have emailed another tenant about the end of lease but again couldn't find the email. I asked them various times to cc all in tenants into emails and they just blatantly refused and tried to call me at work and texted me . They never did a house inspection the entire time we were there but then made demands at the end of the lease I believe to exploit as much money out of us as possible. After over a month of leaving the property we received our full bond back, I think because we continually stood up for ourselves and were not going to pushed around by some money hungry, lazy, unprofessional people. Stand your ground people I liked the landlords the were nice people. Unproffessional, falsifying information, lack of communication, innefficeint.
