Stay away from Craigieburn office! – They bully people into initialling BLANK contracts saying otherwise they can't find a buyer and promising certain prices- then sell your house and take deposit WITHOUT informing you, forging the contracts dates, underselling to their friends. They further threaten and bully you not to contest the doctored contract when you find out months later. They prey on those who are naive and the elderly. No morals.  Show details

Rude, arrogant, unprofessional and unethical – Ypa refuse to give my partner and I a price on a property. Multiple properties. They state that they cannot give out the reserve which is not what we are asking (and it's common knowledge that potential buyers do NOT know the reserve, only the vendors). Other estate agents have told us this is illegal and need to give us some indication of price.… Read more

Incredible negligence by YPA – We continued on with YPA Craigieburn from the previous landlord. What a mistake! We wanted to move into our investment property and gave appropriate notice to the tenant. they arrogantly stated that “they have been doing property management for almost 14 years and (they) know the act like the back of (their) hand”. I suggest YPA review their stance, since their advice was incorrect according to Consumer Affairs Victoria! Consumer Affairs actually told us that the property agents needed to go back to class and re-learn the Residential Tenancies Act!

Their advice led to the tenant signing a new lease, whilst still under our lease. We were also told that it would be difficult, if not impossible, to recover any rental income from the tenant, due to the difficult circumstances they now find themselves in (being under two concurrent leases). We were left with a financial loss!

to sin up to YPA and sell my property on private sale. He even said, I can pull out from market anytime that I am not happy. Alas, over 1 month in the market but still no offer in writing. So I decided to pull it out in the market but KK persuaded me to keep it going and change to auction so eventually I did. Unfortunately, things did not happen as planned so I had to pull out of the market. Now the agent is demending me to pay the advertisement when he even put in writing that I do not have to pay if the property is not sold or pull out of the market. Lie what people do to get your business get your trust but dicietful in the end.
