devastating this was they denied all responsibility and even laughed.
Plants I raised from cutting, even seed, over years ruined with not a care in the world. The gardener couldn't even count to four and figure out which town house I was in.
Even had the audacity to say I should have been there with the gardener when they refused to schedule for a time I'll be home.
"What do you want a $100?". What a heartless question. That wouldn't cover the materials, the cleaning up of all the plastic, and the years of dedication.
The real estate agent also weirdly bragged about his cars while the only client he had, who he said was an investor but was actually a downsider depending when you asked him, didn't show up.
And not how nice they are but how much fuel they use, the licence plate number he had, and also he apparently knew some person who's on TV. I had no idea who he was talking about.
It was extremely awkward.
He ignored my verbal and written termination of him. Took telling him three times.
So he didn't handle being told he's no longer my agent very well, felt the need to brag about his cars as a client didn't show up, and also that he knows someone who has apparently been on TV before. Again never heard of them maybe they're a big deal maybe not.
Real estate agents need to be confident. They're sales people after all. The agent from YPA seemed the opposite.
A staffer who seemed a lot nicer, but as a suprise to no one who's dealt with a property manager, wasn't honest because she said I would be compensated. The real estate said the gardener would contact me.
Neither told the truth.
House – We have seen so many people but the person like Rajesh we can’t find . He is very smart and helpful person he talks very positive things and he knows how important the things are also he made us to buy the house and house is really beautiful and good we are enjoying thanks to Rajesh once again and Thanks for your support
Bad experience with Kamaljeet – Kamaljeet had our house for 5 months and didn’t sell it. Worse, we found out he was telling buyers there were already offers during inspections. We switched to Ray White, and they sold it in 3 days. Completely unprofessional—wouldn’t recommend him to anyone.
Frustrating experience with Kamaljeet – Kamal is a completely unreliable and dishonest agent. He promised our house would sell quickly at the asking price, but 10 months later, it’s still unsold with no offers. We followed his advice and spent a lot on marketing, but nothing happened. His communication was almost nonexistent, and he never gave us clear updates or a real plan. Kamal’s lack of skill and honesty has been incredibly frustrating. We would never recommend him to anyone.
Terrible – Kulwant Singh from Cranbourne ypa worst realestate agent zero experience can’t even speak English. No communication.I signed a contract on the house I was waiting for bank to approves loan he sold the same house to he’s friend with out telling me anything.he’s dodgy N liar.
Rented out and then sold my property – Jayne helped me organise and rent my property out at the start of the year, never had done this before so i was very grateful for her guidance and patience and she found a me a great tenant.
