Very unprofessional – YPA failed to look after my interests when managing my property. Since rental started she was always keeping me in the loop so any issues that tenants would raise she was quick to inform me so I can organise the tradies to do the work. she has been nothing but helpful, hard working, quick to respond, reachable at any time I contacted her even during the days she was not working.

I would not trust anyone else with my property and would highly recommend her to others. Nothing is too big, too hard or too small for her. She is always on top of things. I'm so delighted and grateful to have such a great person who I can rely on and knowing my property is in good hands!!!

Suffice to say - my big big bad, half way through the campaign she started bagging my property with it's narrow frontage in a bad pocket telling me that there was not a lot of interest Your kidding right? The suburb had been booming for years and in the end we counted over a hundred people at auction!! A rather expensive item was stolen from my property at inspection time and agent was telling prospective buyers that the seller was desperate as she was in a violent relationship and needed to get out AFTER asking me for a 30% kicker for every thousand above initial reserve which I did not agree to. She didn't even tell me reserve is not set til auction day!! On auction day, at 80k UNDER reserve all FIVE of them came in asking me to put in on the market - it hasn't even hit reserve! Admittedly, I had not done sufficient research and should have pulled the pin and after a serious of balls-up and bullying tactics, I sold my house WAY under market value. As it had no easement and a previous building permit, it could have potentially fetched up to 150k+!! Please please do your research before using this mob (Having said that thoroughly research EVERYTHING prior to selling you home) - or you will pay a very high price like I did!! I'm now in the process of having them audited by consumer affairs. Do not trust your life's most precious asset to these hoodwinking double dealers!!! I'd give them a no star rating if I could!

Dishonest agents – YPA Glenroy is a dishonest bunch of agents. Agents that will sell you a property claiming that there are stamp duty savings, even call a lawyer to confirm in your presence.Come settlement when the truth is out, they claim that they only sell houses and are not responsible even through on their property advertisements of similar nature, they continue to advertise that there are stamp duty savings. Liars liars liars – After 4mths and only 6 veiwings, i found out that they did not even have a sect 32 to sell my house.lied to me at least 3 times. Now sending me a bill for advertising,$800 that equates to $133.33 a veiwing!. This is the second time i have touched up by ypa. First was ypa glenroy. My on fault for giving them a second chance.
