Dishonest and false – Ypa rye (the main man there) falsely informed police that I made threats and sent texts to him. This is the behaviour that predators exhibit when they coerce old people to sell and know they have to cover it up. Do not deal with them - go to the honest bunch at crowders inatead.

Worst rental department ever – Don't even know where to begin. Moved in with no working hot water to begin with and a rude property manager who doesn't like to get things sorted Worst I've been with, absolute nightmare. Do not recommend.

I had bought the land with my husband using my own hard earned money, with dreams of listening to the ocean whilst my family, including my parent, brother's, family and cousins enjoyed going out on a boat, fishing, swimming and memories of jumping from the rockpool at Blairgowrie. Divorce and seperation is difficult, however I was so happy that the land sold for a great price to a lovely family who are now able to see my vision come true. Jade always kept me informed and the result was excellent. Jade and her team at YPA Real estate put such an effort into the campaign, the marketing was spot on, very affordable and the assessment realistic, so that when we sold, everyone was happy - maybe with a touch of sadness but some dreams were not meant to be for me. Rental Team Dynamo – I dont usually write reviews, as life is sooo busy, however, just felt the need to give a shout out to the amazing rental team at YPA Rye. Always working hard to keep their clients and tenants happy, being excellent negotiators and honest about the outcomes....refreshing...keep up the great work and dont listen to the haters of the world...

Disgrace!! – I' not sure if the rental property manager boosts ego by attempting to claim the bond of good, clean, honest, paying tennants but genuine people are getting hurt. Normally I wouldn't bother reviewing or even complaining, so to be sure there's a problem. In terms of bang for your buck I just feel YPA Rye is letting the team down. If you are paid to manage someones property, manage it.
