I would give zero stars if I could, it has taken them over 2 weeks to deliver a parcel from Sydney to Melbourne. They are the worst courier company and sellers from eBay continue to use them. My package sat in their Melbourne depot for over one week. Show details

And now I'm into the following day and still NO package or tracking advice from Yun express. No sellers should ever think of using this courier, as they give the seller a bad name and nobody would want to purchase anything from them because of Yun express. You are JOKE Yun Express.

My parcel has been taken back to the depot three times now. Every time I'm told the driver was delayed due to an accident. This seems to be a VERY unlucky driver. injury, the article they're not delivering was my son's birthday present (a month ago), and it was a very niche limited edition thing, that can't be replaced. Edit: I finally got it, by picking it up myself. Fun fact: the last-mile carrier (Fayroray) also had two other parcels of mine, from different senders, that they couldn't be arsed delivering.

to deliver to Post Office Boxes they should not be contracted to do the job. No response to any form of contact….Poor service all round. Why are these Companies still allowed to operate!

clarify where my package is. The only information available is that the order was delivered 18 days ago, without anyone contacting me with any information. I can only assume that the package is lost and so is my money. Shameful service.

Non attempted delivery – They won't deliver to my work address because it is an Australia post facility . Government should ban them as it is against legislation to not attempt delivery to an address. Show details

called Amazon, and to their credit, they are trying to contact the 3rd party seller, but I do not hold out much hope. I have found many posts on other forums, saying that Yun Express are not a real company, so I am assuming I've been scammed. Do not buy anything from 3rd party sellers on Amazon, especially if the use Yun Express.
