Terrible customer service. Product arrived months late and they siad I had to pay to post it to Ireland for a refund. Matter is with consumer protection and they are saying it is a change of mind and won't pay for return postage.

I had a very disappointing experience with the Zagg Glass XTR5 SureFit screen protector. The product developed multiple large bubbles during installation, despite careful application and following the instructions to core, and I have installed if not more at least ten similar protectors before without any issues. Zagg’s support options were also… Read more

unreasonable. The first option was a “goodwill replacement,” but only after going through a long process: emailing support, creating an account, fill an online warranty form, upload proofs, wait for approval, and then using a link again order “free” replacement that still requires you to pay for shipping. The second option was to return the product, again at my own cost for shipping, even though the item was faulty. In affect pay for 20 dollars shipping to receive a replacement.

In effect, there is no genuinely free return or replacement for a faulty product, and the company places the blame on the customer instead of standing for its "SureFit" claim and its quality.

Don't Buy the ZAGG Watch Screen Protectors – I purchased a ZAGG smart watch screen protector for $19 from JB Hi Fi for my brand new Galaxy Watch 7. I wish I had researched this brand before I bought it as it has so many 1 star reviews on the JB Hi Fi website. The instructions provided are next to useless as they are single word steps and pictures that don't make sense. I followed the… Read more

instructions but ran into a big problem when removing the 2nd, 3rd and 4th tabs. The instructions don't even specifically mention any other tabs after tab 1! I quickly realised it was a disaster and the screen protector went straight in the bin. Fastest $19 I ever wasted!

Travel chargers go nowhere – We bought two Mophie 3-in-1 travel chargers about 6 months apart. They both suddenly stopped working well within the 2-year warranty period. It is impossible for an Australian to negotiate the Zagg website to lodge a complaint or claim so I ended up sending an email to Zagg. Customer service is very poor. It took more than a week to respond and… Read more

customer service has now (more than 3 weeks later) gone silent. I'm left with AUD$460 worth of chargers that don't work. If I could rate less than 1 star I would.

UPDATE After about 8 weeks the company sent out a fix for the chargers which worked. It seems the failure was a worldwide problem affecting thousands of purchasers. Unfortunately we had to purchase more chargers if we wanted our devices charged so we now have extra useless chargers.

Wouldn’t purchase from them again mainly due to the poor customer service, failure to provide adequate information about the problem and a time frame for resolution.

Poor quality and warranty – Screen protector cracked in 5 places with a small bump while the phone was in a folded phone case. Only screen I've ever cracked and I didn't even drop this phone. Tried to replace under warranty. Shipping is 25 euros ( about A$45). They didn't have a replacement cover so I was expected to pay an additional 5 euros for an upgrade. Avoid products… Read more

sold by this company. The covers are brittle and the warranty is almost the same price as the original purchase

Rubbish product and useless warranty – I have bought 2 of these in the past 9 months. Both cracked with just small bumps of the phone. The life of the phone warranty is useless. They send you round and round in circles trying to register the product, which is impossible if you're in Australia.

Don't waste your money. Followed the instructions and full of air bubbles, biggest rip off – Paid $59 for a screen protector. Wouldn't attach with out being full of air bubbles. Followed the instructions and used the tool they supplied but was useless. Take it somewhere to be done by someone who knows what they're doing.

Faulty Product – Purchased a ZAGG Samsung Note20 Ultra InvisiShield Guard from my local Good Guys store thinking that due to the price I paid ($39.95) that it would be a great hardy product. Well I was very very wrong! I followed the very detailed and complicated instructions and video of how to apply this shield (not a glass screen protector) to my brand new… Read more

phone but it completely failed.

The item did not release and apply to my phone where it was suppose to, giving me no option but to manually force it to release.

After researching this item on Google to see why it wasn't working the POOR reviews people has given the item I was shocked.

There is hundreds and hundreds of poor reviews of this one alone of how it failed and doesn't work at all. I was glad to see I wasn't the only one struggling with the Faulty Product.

I contacted ZAGG directly via email (its a USA Company) asking for a refund they would not honour it and kept trying to push me to take a replacement. As I explained to the customer service lady and Manager there after I didn't want a replacement for the major fail of their product I wanted my money back in full as I had proof of purchase.

They kept refusing and still refuse even though they should be honouring this as per the laws in the country they choose to sell their product.

I am now left to trying to recover a refund though the Good Guys store I purchased it from.

In my opinion this product is faulty and is of poor design, I advised do not waste your money on a product that will not deliver what it promises.

Many others like me have left reviews all the same that this product does not work.

I hope this review helps people make an informed decision on this product and this company's products in general.

False advertising & bluffing customers – I purchased 2 'Ignition 12" power banks that advertise they are 12000 mah at 5v 2.1 amp BUT when you look at them they show 44.4watt hours which is 8800 mah at 5v...they have seemingly stated the mah at 3.7v (the batteries in the unit) not ht e5v output of the unit. when I questioned this their rep tried to bluff me by saying that 44.4 watt hours… Read more

= 12000 mah at 5v 2.1 amps. when I sent him a link to one of the many calculators on reputable web sites he backed down and offered a credit on other ZAGG products but they don't stock powerbanks anymore (have they been called out too many times???) I wanted to alert any potential purchasers that they are deceptive in their advertising.
