Do your homework before choosing a Crimsafe installer! – In 2023 I had Zeee Pty Ltd quote and install two Crimsafe fly screens on two of my windows. The installers made an error with one window drilling holes around the fixed window instead of the opening window, cracking the class. To try and get the matter of the damage to the window frame and glass resolved was extremely lengthy and difficult, the owner of the company would not speak to me directly to discuss the details of his remedies. The matter had to be referred to FairTrading who also had the same difficulty with the owner. The matter was then referred to NCAT where finally there was a resolution. I did note, when going through this process, on the FairTrading website, there had been issues previously with Zeee. Obviously I should have done more homework. Just be mindful of the lack of skill by the installer and the poor customer support followup behaviour by Zeee before choosing your Crimsafe installer.
