I would not recommend Zeller. We had an unauthorized transaction in our account, which we notified them when it was still pending. They said we needed to wait until it cleared before they could investigate it. So we waited until it cleared, and called back. The only person who ever answers the phone is a person named May. again; and explained the same thing and opened up an investigation. It has now been 90 days and we still don’t have an outcome or an answer. We have called multiple times, we can only get May who apparently doesn’t work in the “fraud” team, but is unable to connect with anyone who does. Super sketchy company and financial firm. Would not recommend.

As a customer that was charged using a Zeller terminal this system is a honey pot for scammers. Fake ACN numbers, gmail email accounts and dodgey customer service setups. I will never use a Zeller terminal again. Show details

I am very disappointed with Zeller. Initially I thought it would be a good match for my business, as you buy the machine (no rent costs) and then you get a fair rate per transaction. same day and they thought it was suspicious. They called us, we explained that the same customer bought from us twice on the same day and everything was fine, but from this day they blocked the function on the machine to type the card number. With the model of business I have, I need this function (MOTO function as they call it). I called them several times and sent emails asking for them to unlock this function for me and I keep getting replies saying I should use the card present function instead, which I already told them it doesn't work for me. Long story short, two months after I bought this machine, I have now to look for another one that will be able to help me with my business model.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ZELLER FOR SMALL BUSINESS!

I signed up with Zeller, their compliance / management started withholding funds every 2-3 days asking for certain verification, this was impacting our business starving it from financial cash flow necessary for operations. I moved tonTYRO, they are much much better! Their customer service is out in the Philippines and they are terrible to talk to.

Zeller will not honor their commitment to pay the $100 reward to both myself and the friend I referred. Even though Zeller have said in writing that both my friend and I qualify for the $100 reward. I have now contacted them four times about this. Does anybody know if thIs this a scam set up by Zeller?

ZELLER IS THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH – Give yourself a favor and DO NOT USE ZELLER AT ALL. I don't have access to my old phone number and unfortunately the codes are sending by zeller to my old phone and when i spoke to them on the phone in regards to update my details they are asking a pin which is i don't have it anymore and stopped using the terminal because so many issues. asking them verify my details and happy to do video call with my id and all the documentation and they said they can't, I'm asking is there any office i can attend and they say no and I'm asking that I want to speak to someone higher than the person i was speaking on the phone she said no unfortunately she can't transfer me to any of them because i can't confirm my 4 digit pin????

OMG I LITERALLY SMASHED MY PHONE BECAUSE SHE WAS LITERALLY IGNORING EVERYTHING I SAID. I'M TAKING THIS FURTHER AND I NEVER THOUGHT I CAN BE THIS ANGRY TO SMASH A PHONE. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT JOINING THIS COMPANY WHICH IS THERE IS ALOT BETTER COMPANIES FOR SMALL BUSINESSES AND AT LEAST THEY LISTENS.

Great for small business use – I've been using the zeller terminal and app in my business for a few months now and I love it. It costs less than alternatives but has more features, such as the POS in the terminal and ease of the virtual terminal. There are a couple of things that annoy me like the lack of paper receipt for my customers, but on the whole, I love it. Show reply

customers we charged (information that’s really none of their business and for which we have very little time and resources to compile whilst needing to run a business). They also wouldn’t honour the $100 refer a friend bonus and also charging using MOTO incurs an additional fee (0.3%) Ridiculous! We cancelled the join up and asked for the transactions to be reversed. It’s sad as this is an Australian company we thought would be a rival to Square. Never again! Went to suncorp. Less fees and no hurdles to jump over.
