I really love the Online Experience especially as I live interstate in Victoria
I have been a member of Qld Country Bank since around May 2020 and really love the online access from the mobile app living interstate, as I am not able to personally go into any Qld Country bank down in Victoria, however one of the major downsides of Qld Country Bank is their cards are not at all associated with Samsung Pay, as my last bank before Qld Country Bank was. So I cannot use my Qld Country Bank Debit Visa Card with my Samsung Galaxy Smartwatch with the flick of the wrist, unlike other banks I can. This to me is the only major downsid...e as I still have to carry my debit card on me at all times and not on my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G Smartphone or Smartwatch which disappoints me as a member. I plan to stay a member of Qld Country Bank as it is owned by the members and its accounts offered I believe they have are the best available for interest paying for their members. I have not taken up the Smart Budget Account due to the expense of using one of these accounts. I also want my partner to be able to open up a joint account with myself, however as we live in Victoria, she has failed to be able to open up a member account through your website twice due to the credit check section would not allow her to go any further to open up an account and has contacted the Qld Country Bank about this, leaving messages, but cannot get a call back. When I opened up my account with you back in May in person, I was not requested about any credit check so is there any other way my partner could open up a member account with you?

I've been with them for 26 years.
The bank is exceptionally reliable only issues that have arisen is the change in operating hours not being open late one night of the week or on Saturday has made it more difficult to get to a branch before it closes. My customer experience has been like dealing with friends.....like you would find at a small country town bank. :-)

I joined the Isa Mines Employees Credit Union because it was established by members for members and all members became shareholders. Any branch, especially at the Willows Shopping Complex, treat you as one of the family and every effort is made to meet your needs. 1...I have been with the QCCU since they financially rescued the people of Magnetic Island when they established a branch there after the NAB suddenly and unexpectedly left the island.
2....Not only are they TOTALLY reliable but also professional, friendly and it is a pleasure to walk into either of the Magnetic Island or Stanthorpe branches!

I cannot believe how bad they are. Before the merger when they were Queenslanders credit union- they were 100% - absolutely great..but now down to minus100%. I cannot believe how bad there service is, their care factor and their IT. They really should not be allowed to trade now...
