The rate of return are competitive, However my actual maturity instructions were not followed. I had requested some funds to be credited to a different account & they were credited to my previous instruction details.

assist with clients that are subject to criminal activity. How? Simply by not providing an option for clients to get safe throughput of their term deposit. Also, the telephone access is another weakness. Having only one telephone number for contact, it is easy for hackers to transfer calls to a secondary destination. Thus obtaining an illegal contact where all sorts of information can be collected for the hackers to use.

I have a specific experience of these complaints and am currently attempting to ward off a hacker group from stealing my term deposit. How? The hackers control the access to Judo Bank and utilise Judo Bank's reluctance to develop safeguards for clients, thus creating problems for the client to prove they have not received their funds when ending their term deposit. The reality being Judo Bank has become a tacit conspirator of the funds they profess to secure!!

I would suggest looking elsewhere for a term deposit where there is a better interaction between the client and the bank.

TDAs for the SMSF. I found the experience relatively easy but would have to say Judo has very poor documentation. To obtain a TD certificate which shows ALL the relevant details seem to be well nigh impossible. Judo seems to foregt that SMSF's are subkect to an audit procedure.

OK movcing on then. We also attempted to open a joint TDA in our own names, quite separate from the SMSF. Sorry, no can do. My wife does not have an active Mobile telephone account. It seems that unless you have two independent mobile phone, and email accounts Judo will not open a TDA in joint names. No issues in opening accounts for the SMSF, but impossible to open accounts in joint names. I did spend some time speaking to a Judo Bank customer service officer. It was very evident that the lady in question clearly had little or no knowledge about Judo's procedures. I just think that Judo needs to smarten up a bit. I classify myself as a prcatical person and like to deal with Banks that do not impose ridiculous rules.

BECS) is not something one would expect from a system based on a modern platform. Internal transfers to own accounts with Judo (savers and TDs) should be unrestricted.

Judo Bank is usually the top of the interest rates being promoted. Very easy to deal with. Been with them for Term Deposits for about 5 years now. Very reliable and easy to deal with. They offer a bonus interest by way of a loyalty bonus. Very good and back by the Federal Government guarantee.
