Customer Service – I have tried to contact Zen pillow customer service no answer to emails finally found another contact sends computer generated email saying will contact you in 2 days. This is not customer service. Especially when I wish to cancel order which I stated in my emails.

Worst Pillow ever – I received this product finally 79 days after ordering it... Finally thought I had found the perfect pillow for me....all of the testimonials said great things, "so comfortable" & "great for all sleeping positions".... It is the most uncomfortable pillow I have ever tried...another one for the pillow graveyard... It gave me neck ache & headaches... Don't bother they are like bricks... Customer service is NON EXISTENT... despite claims of return emails within 24hrs...
