Totally dissatisfied with the follow-up after sales service

I have put up a review previously, (see earlier review below), and Zesta kitchens has responded with a number of promises, which have resulted in worthless words. Gina has informed me she has contacted one of her installers to rectify the issue to be fixed, after 12 months to date I am still waiting. My final conclusion is with Zesta Kitchens, I have now lost all confidence in their ability to come and fix my kitchen. To that if you are expecting aftersales service from this company, you may be disappointed.

What you wanted the kitchen finished?

Ordered in November, delayed installation in March but didn’t notify us of delay. Kitchen installer etc have been fine - other trades charged above quotation but that may just be how things are at the moment. There are a number of items incomplete worst being the lack of pantry doors. Other custom door delivered to wrong address and we didn’t even know it was coming. Order for doors was pre Easter and it’s now almost July. I ring Gina often on progress and the response is polite and always soon but no action. I know there is COVID etc but almost 12 weeks for doors. Sorry just not good enough. Make up your own mind on what your risk appetite is for actually receiving a complete kitchen. We have used them before but wont be again.

Terrible product, terrible service Zesta Nunawarding

Please do not trust your money with this company. They may be cheaper than others but that is the quality you pay for. They have made a number of mistakes in our kitchen, including designing one. Gina is always polite on the phone and makes you feel she is trying to help. However you should be lucky to bring them back to your house to replace the faulty items

Poor quality

It’s been 4 years since I got my new kitchen from Zesta and now realizing that they’ve cut a lot of corners in terms of materials! Fillers are different materials than doors and has now changed to yellow while the doors are still white! No underpanels! Now that I’m working for a good joinery company, I understand what I missed out! for the price I paid I could’ve gotten a better quality kitchen! Pretty disappointed! Do your research and price comparisons before you sign the contract!

Terrible service and our kitchen is a botch job

Sloppy, delays and poor communication. Issues included; forgetting to order specific parts, wrong placement of island bench which meant fridge couldn’t open, breaking our newly laid floor boards to move bench, cupboards failing to align or join properly and four months of delays with minimal communication. In the end I had to schedule one day a week to contact them by phone or go into the showroom in person to ask for a progress report, this lasted for several months. I got two free cutlery sets for all the delays which in no way made up for the stress, delays and having to cook on a bbq or order takeaways for so many additional months.

Disrespectful to my time

Had to nag the job from the start. Very poor communication.
The job was installed July, I was told the finishing touches would be done before Christmas then never heard back.

Discussed, awful service

The tactics this company uses is on a par with used car salesmen. I did not even get a quote from this company, just a telephone call from their estimating team telling me about a discount if I make immediate decision in ordering a kitchen. Today is the last day to get a 20% discount she said , no price given at all. When I told her that we are expecting more quotes , the interest was lost immediately. Three weeks after visiting their showroom , still no quotation. To me this company looks very dodgy , will not have anything to do with them anymore. Be aware.

Delighted, amazing service

It started with very helpful showroom staff followed by a really experienced designer, then an on time delivery with caring competent trades who cleaned up after themselves, amazing. Perfect result.
