Don’t waste your money – Paint and powder coating terrible. Not covered by warranty. Kept out of the weather aswell. Takes quite a while to preheat. They make the radiant quartz sound a lot better than it actually is in store. Stick to Weber.

Purchased in at Barbeques Galore for $2,000.

Expensive disappointment – My first Ziegler & Brown and 100% my last one. If design seems eye catching be sure that’s about it. The RQT burner are good for Beef only. For anything else they are too hot. The idea that fat dripping will not burn is right but the the glass covers are so hot that the fat creates a strong itching smell that goes directly into your food. After two years was looking to replace the glass covers but I’ve been told they come complete with burner. So each about AUD200.00. The handle broke after two years (?) replacement would cost me AUD 150.00! In addition to this prices they have no spare parts in AUS stock. Waiting now for 5 weeks that the parents come from...... guess where? Right from CHINA!!! I have cancelled the parts, will repair the handle myself and cover the fancy Chinese RQT burner with a Australian made cast iron plate. All in one good for beef but nothing else, expensive and not a long time investment. After just two years I’m sure it was my last Z&B

Purchased in for $1,800.

Great BBQ but – This is my second Ziegler & Brown Turbo classic BBQ. The first BBQ the powdercoating started to swell on the inside of the one door and started to rust. I contacted Barbeques Galore about it and they stated it was a maintenance issue on my side, the other doors and rest of the BBQ was fine and the BBQ was always covered. Second BBQ, the one bracket on the burner that holds the glass quarts dome on the one burner came clean off with the glass dome when we removed it to clean the BBQ. Went to BBQs Galore and the person behind the counter again stated its a maintenance issue, where this burner was a year old and the burners on my first BBQ lasted around 5 years before replacing them. I wen to the Barbeques Galore store closest to me to enquire about a replacement of the quarts burner on 23 December 2020 and its now 31 January 2021 and I have not heard a peep from Barbeques Galore. Second issue with the new BBQ is that the left tray powder coating has developed bubbles and its just a matter of time till it starts to flake off.

Don't expect any after sales service from Barbeques Galore, they are quick to sell but after sales support is nowhere to be found.

Purchased in at Barbeques Galore for $1,763.90.
