BUYERS REMORSE: Do not waste your money. Save it and buy something solid that will last longer than a month. Zero Stars.

The tiny blue brush on sweeper is made poorly and 11 months into a 12 month warranty I let them know it had list it’s bits and they couldn’t supply replacement brushes in australia , so they sent me and replacement sweeper instead , so after 5 months with new sweeper the same thing has happened No spare brushes in australia and the rubber bits simply fall off eventually making it not as good to use as it does not get stuff out of corners , so I contacted them again and they simply tryed to blame me saying I was miss using the product “which is not the case “ and they told me I could buy a new machine but they were not going to supply a new brush So they also told me I can’t buy the part in Australia but they still sell the product regardless of not having the parts for it So then I got email from brand developers saying it would cost me here us their reply The cost for this is $39.99, with an additional Processing & Handling fee of $4.99, bringing the total to $44.98. This is not from Australia’s but overseas they are offering me to buy Also they sent this

In response to your query, we regret to inform you that we do not stock replacement brushes for the Zippy Sweeper. So they are not standing behind their product and are trying to blame me for a faulty part that’s badly made and they don’t have replacements for ? I will not be blamed for this I will not buy parts from another country at crazy costs when they should be sending them as warranty .

Handy Sweeper but limited battery life – I bought one of these from the Zippi Sweeper website about 7 months ago . It has been pretty good at sweeping up ,food crumbs ,pet hair and other debris .The light on the front helps you to see under furniture .My only complaint after 7 months is that the battery does not seem to hold a charge for very long any more and only works at the proper speed for about 10 minutes .This was always the problem with the old Swivel sweepers of which I had several over the years but at least you could buy replacement batteries . I had a look on the website and searched all over the internet and it seems there are no replacement batteries for the Zippi sweeper . I will keep using mine as its very handy and lightweight ,though obviously the life of the battery is limited but good while it lasts .

Zippi Sweeper – It looks great but I can’t be objective as I haven’t used it yet
