Terrible experience – I have ordered an item 5 months ago and still, I didn't receive that item. Their customer service is not responsive. I strongly suggest avoiding Zizle. This is just a waste of money.

Terrible customer service and products – Ordered two pizza ovens from Zizzle and they took around 8 weeks to arrive - after them taking the amount off the credit card straight up. went unattended. Even threatened to report them to Consumer Affairs. The a few weeks later they contacted me and agree to credit my account but not give me a refund. One of the worst places online that I have ever dealt with and I will never purchase anything from them again and have told many people the same thing.
Terrible customer service and no way you can ensure they respond to your communication.
Pathetic company to deal with – I bought a $79 car detail voucher for a car wash that went out of business. No customer service, give out no contact details
No response to emails – It has been 1 year since I placed an order with this company and I am still waiting for my order to be totally fulfilled. Heard nothing from them. More emails and I told them I would let all my facebook friends know about them. I finally received an email from a company that has formed a partnership with Zizzle and stated that they would look into it. Seems like they have picked up Zizzle's bad habits. Heard nothing. Don't trust them and I will never deal with them again.

Good experience – Shopped here for the first time, the experience was good so far. The prizing is also quite good, keep up the good job Will definitely shop again if guys add some more products. shall ask my friends also to shop from this site. I recommend this site. Zizzle aka 'Fizzle' – These people ought to be taken on Big-time. Zizzle never refunded my money for Host on Norton which closed before I got my $19 breakfast.

Terrible – I do not recommend Zizzle. I paid for a vacuum via Zizzle copuon in mid February, located at a company called Flash. It never arrived. saying they had contacted Flash who would be contacting me. Flash didn't contact me. So I tried to contact Zizzle again, but they no longer responded to emails and their phone number was no longer connected (they are still operating - I am still getting deals in my inbox every day).
So I tried to find a number for Zizzle via Google. And it turns out they were bought out a year ago by a company called Shopper's Advantage, who - guess what - have a disconnected number. And it turns out they in turn were bought out by Deals Direct about 6 months ago. Deals Direct has a working phone number, but the customer service officer I spoke to had never heard of Zizzle. So she said she was going to get a colleague - Dana - to call me back (Dana is apparently responsible for Zizzle). Dana never called me back. So I called again a week later and spoke to the same person. She said she would send a message to Dana again with an urgent priority on it. I said I would like Dana's number. She said that wasn't possible as she isn't allowed to give out that information. I said I would like Dana's email - again, not possible. I said I would like Zizzle's phone number - apparently there is none. I said 'how can you own a company and not be able to contact them yourselves?' She said 'we contact them by email'. Anyway here we are a week later - it's MAY now so this has been going on for months, with all that wasted time and effort - and of course I still haven't heard anything back. Appalling customer service from Flash, Zizzle and Deals Direct on so many different levels. I'm disgusted and will never again use a coupon service. Amazingly - Zizzle is still selling these vacuums with Flash according to the spam I get in my inbox!! Anyway next stop: Consumer Affairs. Nothing - it never arrived and I still haven't heard back! Everything - it never arrived and I still haven't heard back from anyone about a refund or anything. It's been 3 MONTHS
Jury out, final verdict on hold - Jury update – So far, so sad Still hoping Zizzle Zizzles so I can change my Review to glad Gripe: No reply to several emails re refund for Christmas gifts that do not work in Australia What's that about? Come on Zizzle! UPDATE: Final verdict close. Refund expected. No reply to email/phone biggest gripe. Good communication keeps the customer at ease, waiting for resolution.
Terrible communication and customer service (or should i say lack of) – I received an email from the Company I was to use my Zizzle purchased voucher through. They informed me that they were no longer tradng and to contact Zizzle for a refund. After countless emails and phone calls to Zizzle I have still not had a response or a refund. bad customer service and communication
No Response. Poor Customer Service – Ordered a gift for my wife's birthday almost a month back. Even after number of follow ups no response from Zizzle. Poor Customer Service
