The worst clothing website I have ever brought something from. Don’t waste your time, effort or money. If I could write a thousand bad reviews I would. Stay away from them ! They are not even worth one star

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this experience left me no choice. My order was marked as delivered and I was sent a photo showing the parcel left outside my building in an unsecured spot. unhelpful and I was denied a refund or replacement despite the delivery clearly not being completed properly. The handling of this situation has been very disappointing, and the customer service has been poor.

I hope they improve how they handle deliveries and support — this was a frustrating experience.

exists at all. I have emailed twice and simply told it's on the way. It's now Dec 23rd. I have asked 3 times now for a refund and strangely that requested is simply ignored. Clearly a scam and they just take your money and send nothing. I am taking this further.
