It sounds like it is in Aus but it ist, it is overseas, website says you can send back within 30 days, I tried to send back the same day but had to pay shipping myself which made the whole transaction not worthwhile. Australian about this company is the word Sydney so don’t be fooled by their website. Do not purchase from them. The worst clothing website I have ever brought something from. Don’t waste your time, effort or money. If I could write a thousand bad reviews I would. Stay away from them ! They are not even worth one star

unhelpful and I was denied a refund or replacement despite the delivery clearly not being completed properly. The handling of this situation has been very disappointing, and the customer service has been poor.

I hope they improve how they handle deliveries and support — this was a frustrating experience.

exists at all. I have emailed twice and simply told it's on the way. It's now Dec 23rd. I have asked 3 times now for a refund and strangely that requested is simply ignored. Clearly a scam and they just take your money and send nothing. I am taking this further.
