It sounds like it is in Aus but it ist, it is overseas, website says you can send back within 30 days, I tried to send back the same day but had to pay shipping myself which made the whole transaction not worthwhile. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND. They drop ship directly from China, the sizes aren’t Australian and they won’t refund your order unless you spend the price of the item to return it to China. Terrible experience. Show details

The worst clothing website I have ever brought something from. Don’t waste your time, effort or money. If I could write a thousand bad reviews I would. Stay away from them ! They are not even worth one star
I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this experience left me no choice. My order was marked as delivered and I was sent a photo showing the parcel left outside my building in an unsecured spot. unhelpful and I was denied a refund or replacement despite the delivery clearly not being completed properly. The handling of this situation has been very disappointing, and the customer service has been poor.
I hope they improve how they handle deliveries and support — this was a frustrating experience.
Ordered 3 suits on Dec 2, despite believable tracking links, there was a "failed" delivery attempt on Dec 12 (weird we were home) and then tracking updated to awaiting collection at the post office (weird, no card, no email from Australia Post). exists at all. I have emailed twice and simply told it's on the way. It's now Dec 23rd. I have asked 3 times now for a refund and strangely that requested is simply ignored. Clearly a scam and they just take your money and send nothing. I am taking this further.
