Zumi Toilet Suite – Zumi toilet suite is one of the worst i have seen. Outside look is good but functionality is below average, I had a old caroma toilet but it was an open cistern wanted to replace with closed and purchased this. it continually blocks, doesnt flushes out with single flush, you need to flush atleast 3 times, waste of water and recently its got bad odour, planning to replace it, what a waste of money Show details

Never again – I wished I had read the reviews for this company earlier. I have reached out three times to the company about shipping details of any update at all as it has been over 2 weeks since I ordered a small pair of head phones. I got responses very delayed the last response advised they would follow up on why it had not been shipped yet, that was over a week ago still no reply. I will be asking for a refund for today & never using this company again.

Zumi toilet blocking up – Zumi toilet is very average to say the least. Whilst it looks good and has additional height, it would have to be the worst toilets purchased and continually get blocked with small outlets. AVOID Like COVID19 – They will take your money very easily, I bought a laptop, then they sent the wrong courier details so that i couldn't track my shipment, finally got back with the correct details and guess what. No sight of the laptop anywhere for 6 weeks and no response from zumi , I have lodged a refund from paypal. Seems like this is a one man operation from some guys lounge room. Avoid. Show details

Great - unless you have a return – Ordered some headphones that arrived very quickly soon after purchase. Worked for about 3 months and stopped working on one side via Bluetooth, not their fault. Followed all instructions on the website regarding returns. Had to email several times for any kind of update. Eventually received my headphones back but they were missing all… Read more

of the cables, cases and original packaging I had sent to them with the headphones.

Sent another email advising of missing items and requested ETA on them being returned to me.

Was advised they would check with the manufacturer as that is how they had received them back from repair.

Sent a follow up email to ask where the rest of it was as I am unable to charge my headphones or connect them to my phone, rendering $400 headphones essentially useless.

Still have not heard back from them regarding this, a week after my follow up email.

Also had to send them back to Zumi at my own expense, despite the item being faulty and within the warranty period.

I appreciate that delays happen but it isn't difficult to keep customers updated, respond to an email or monitor what is received and sent back to customers.

Excellent Service – I bought a Apple Watch 42MM with Zip Pay and asked for normal postage but then wanted to get express postage i rang and spoke to Peter at Zumi and he upgraded at no cost to allow me , i didnt ask for it am very grateful as i will get my Apple watch by Friday 24/11.  Show reply
