Amazing at first, then it's terrible! – This was the second King size mattress I purchased. The first one lasted nearly four years and given the price I didn't even bother attempting to return it (10Yr Warranty) and just purchased the "New & Improved" version. It started out great but now, this time only six weeks after purchasing, it is already indented and uncomfortable. There phone number is disconnected and now totally removed from their website and I have sent two emails and one message through their contact portal with absolutely no reply! They clearly have no intention of replacing and their 15yr Warranty on their product is obviously false. Unless you are maybe purchasing this for your spare room that only gets used intermittently, I'm sorry to say don't waste your money.

Good for 10 months only – We bought this mattress only 12 months ago. At first it was great. My weight 59kg, husbands 103kg, husbands side has sagged, and I now sleep on a hill. Not good.

Extra firm, perfect for bad backs – Just wanted to again thank you more personally for my fantastic mattress, I hurt my back years ago nursing, have never found a comfortable and firm support mattress until now, turned 59yrs old yesterday, and thanks to the best sleep in years, no bull, I feel years younger. Blown away by quality and price! – Purchased other brand mattress online a year ago and was impressed.....This time I chose a Zzz Atelier mattress and was absolutely blown away with the quality and comfort! Can not be compared with other queen size mattresses on the market at that price. Definitely on par with $1000-2000 price range from companies that have been ripping us off!!!!
