NO STARS! – terrible experience, ordered a part and they sent the wrong part, packing slip shows what I ordered and the part attached is totally the wrong part number. PEOPLE CANT READ! don't even bother trying to call, they might answer your email days later! And now they want me to send the wrong part back before they credit me. It was their mistake not mine! Now 6 days later my phone is still broke! Don't buy NOTHING FROM THESE IDIOTS!

Awful customer service, bad quality products – Received the product in bad condition, was denied a refund because I couldn't return it in 100% quality. How could I do that if I received it in less than perfect condition? They also stopped servicing me in their service chat because it was ONE MINUTE after service hours. Scam. Ripoff. Don't buy from them.

The worst company EVER!!! – Purchased an iPhone 6 Ultra premium LCD screen from them, installation went well but in 4 days screen started flashing and in a week it went black. Only contact option is via e-mail, asked for refund and CSR requested to send the screen back (Refused to provide return label) and said that only after "inspection" would they refund me my money back! The worst experience ever!!! Do not purchase from them ever!!!

Worst product and customer service – I purchased a new front panel for my iPhone 6. Took the time to install and the part was defective. I had to send the defective part back at my expense. The whole process was not worth the time or money. I brought this to their attention and I was told they could not process my request.

nexus 6p digitizer – I ordered three items from this company and not one worked out. -The phone replacement screen/digitizer turns off when a call is initiated. -The heat gun lasted less than 30 seconds. It wasn't stated on the site but I think the heat gun was for a 120v power supply. - The premium phone tools I ordered were swapped out for bog standard.
