Was gifted the original coffee scrub. Used once and couldn’t get it off quick enough. Nothing but stinking coffee bean stench and scratching my skin as so rough. Shower was filthy afterwards. Do not recommend at all.

that related to a delivery in Western Australia that had already been delivered. I then requested the correct tracking number, as the one supplied was incorrect. I was advised it would be sent once received, however I had to follow up again to obtain it. The correct tracking number was only provided the day before delivery, which was too late to redirect or amend the address. As a result, I am out of pocket $60, and the only response I received was sorry.

Great product shame they spam email you – Great products, I use the coffee scrub and Charcoal Face cleanser and caffeinated moisturiser and not had an issue. 5/5. My only issue is the number of emails we get from them. I don't want nor care for a daily email, I wish there was a way to reduce the amount of spam emails we get without completely unsubscribring from all of them... and purely for this I've reduced the star rating from 5 to 2.

I hadn't got it on sale. I really like all of these purchases. The packaging is easy to use, I never get mess anywhere. A little bit goes a long way so it definitly feels like there is good value for money. I have sensitive combination skin and I have never had an issue with allergy or bad reactions to these products. I think an important caveat is this is not a high end product, so the perfume tends to be a little 'cheap' smelling out of the bottle but it doesn't really have a strong scent once applied so in my opinion its a non-issue. Its also not a high-tech product so don't expect the type of feel would get with some of the more expensive products - this is clearly an affordable every day brand and suitably accessible for moderate budgets and I think attempting to compare this to say a Dermalogica product would be inappropriate. For every day use its nice, affordable and has good results.

Scam - they don’t post negative reviews! – What an absolute scam! I bought the A-Beauty scrub and the Lip Scrub. I reviewed them on the website, through an email sent by the company. hasn’t been posted?! I’m sure I don’t need to tell you. What a crock! This company is so self-congratulatory in their social media and emails, it really disappoints me that they aren’t transparent with their feedback. So here is where I’ll post the review I just rewrote after seeing the lip scrub one on the site and the A-Beauty scrub conveniently missing:

REJECTED FRANK BODY REVIEW 1 star The first time I used this scrub I got an immediate patch of rash on the inside of my arm. It took a long time to go away and itched like crazy! The rest of my body was okay, but the smell is very medicinal and unappealing. It’s like a lime-scented hand sanitiser. I bought this one because someone described it as smelling like a tropical holiday - not so. I kept using the scrub on other parts of my body because I’m cheap and my skin *was* smoother after using it. However, the last time I used it on the top of my back and neck. I looked in the mirror the next day and I’d broken out all over that area. I’m 41 and haven’t broken out on my back for years! Really annoying. The BIGGEST annoyance, however, is knowing this review won’t make it to the website because this company lies and only posts the four and five star reviews, with a couple of three stars to make it seem legit. It’s not - it’s a scam. How do I know? Because I wrote a four star review for the lip scrub and Oh - whatta ya know?! THAT one got posted. Really disgusting behaviour for a company that pats itself on the back for being so transparent with their ingredients. Not so much with their feedback.

Worked wonders on my face, body and hair – I regularly use the hair duo, pore-ifics kit and body scrub, and recently got the glow mask for my birthday. All of the products are incredible! even (although the moisturiser is a little too rich for my skin so I use it sparingly), and the glow mask is a lovely addition to my skincare routine. The holy grail product, though, is definitely the original coffee scrub. I first bought this about a year ago because I had a voucher for Mecca, and I have been hooked since then! It has cleared up the bumps on the back of my arms, made my stretch marks less noticeable and makes my skin SO buttery smooth. I repurchase all of the products when I am getting low and I don't see myself changing brands in the foreseeable future. I 100% recommend everything I have used from Frank Body!

The Product is AMAZING! The price is… – I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this scrub. I had colleagues asking me if I had just come back from a holiday because my skin was glowing after using this. Great Body Scrub – I really like the Original Coffee Body Scrub. I like the smell, and it leaves my skin feeling amazing, especially when I combine it with coconut oil. Never had any shipping issues with them either.........My only negative is, I find the website a tad irritating with the constant BABES references -obviously aimed at 20 year olds!

I love my peel – I bought my Frank Body product from Mecca online - so I can't comment like the others. I got my product quickly. The product was gentle on my excessively oily skin. It smelled good and I'm really happy with it. I'll likely get the coffee scrub next - but based on other reviews I may just continue to buy them through Mecca.

Very rubbish product damages to your skin – After apply ultra night cream I got all rashes . My both eyes all swollen could not open. One of the worst product.

Absolute scam – I ordered products one week ago. Paid extra for express shipping which is 1-2 business days. Haven’t gotten any confirmation that products were shipped. Contacted them twice. Absolute ignorance. No replies to the emails, no explanations, no contact, nothing… please don’t buy from them. You will loose your money and will be ignored.

Customer service is non existent – Order arrived with a dirty neoprene makeup bag. Not just dust as could not wipe off. Have been emailing Frank Body and completed their online form numerous times and not had a single acknowledgment. It has been a week now and just nothing.

Package never came, don't waste your money – To put it short, this company is a scam, takes your money says it will be there in 2-5 business days but it actually never leaves the warehouse. Like the products are okay (i got them as a gift originally) which is why i wanted to try some different products, but the audacity to make and sell products but never actually deliver them to the customers or reply to their enquiries? Frank you're a joke to the industry, I hope you fold.

Still waiting – Ordered on the 2nd February 2022, I have attempted twice now to find out where my order is with no response, it’s been 2 weeks going into the 3rd week, with no tracking either. My only option now is to get a bank reversal as they seem to want to take my money but not respond to emails or send my order, 1st time buying from this company, never again.

Love!!! – This company is absolutely amazing, not only is their skincare awesome but so is their customer service. I stuffed up and ended up having my parcel sent back (not collected in time), I contacted them and right away they sent me a fresh parcel. Thank you!!

Swollen eyes and blotchy red irritate face – First time ever I used anti make up cleansing oil frank body before bed to remove my make up. I notice immediately my face got itchy and my eyes started to swell I decided to sleep on it as it was late. I woke up with both swollen eyes, my left eye barely opened. My face blotched red and itchy. (I never had an allergies in my life) It could be a new allergy im unaware of possibly? but after reading other reviews it doesn't seem right.

Have not received my items after 1 month WAITING ? – I have not received my items ordered a month ago , tracking states the items have not been delivered and have been sent but I have not received them , my case seems to be taking forever to be investigated .

Arm rash – I used the coffee scrub for the first time and completely broke out in a rash on both my upper arms. I have never had any issues with sensitive skin before

Customer service is shocking – They sent me the wrong product, and one of the coffee packets I ordered had a slash in it on arrival so it spilt everywhere in the box. compared the two, they have different ingredients, so that is not what I ordered. Emailed them on the 4th, 9th, and 14th December, and haven't received a response yet.

Can’t believe I bought into the hype – I bought the frank body scrub and I hated it. It was so greasy on my skin I only used a dime piece on my skin. You know the feeling when you are washing a greasy pan and when you rub your fingers over it there is a thin layer of grease that’s what my skin felt like. I got a few friends to try and no one like it not even my 14 year old niece. My bathroom floor was so greasy as well.

Love it! – As they say, stick to the originals! Frank body has been my go to for my weekly exfoliation. It leaves your skin feeling beautiful soft and smooth. The smell is amazing and it's a great pick me up product. Easy to apply and easy to clean from the shower. Makes a great gift too

Never Delivered – I received a body scrub for Christmas a few years ago and thought it was very nice. I bought a lip scrub and some other products a few years ago and it NEVER arrived. I emailed them and they never got back to me. I think they look like a great company but it's a little unfair that I never got the products that I paid for or even got a response to my email. Very hesitant to purchase again

Nothing else makes my skin feel this good! – It's been a long week, my skin feels super dry, I'm exhausted and need a little pampering...so what do i do? I use Frank scrub! It smells soooo good and makes my skin feel so soft and revived. The only con of using this product is cleaning the shower from all the little coffee grains once finished - but you know what? I think it's worth it! Love this stuff!

haven't tried it yet – I would love to say whether it's good or not but unfortunately I didn't get my order. The staff is not being helpful at all to help me with this issue. EDIT: I got my package eventually. It seems it was missing for a long time.

Disappointing skincare range – The Poreifics Kit was highly rated on their website but I was really disappointed. The packaging is pretty but not practical at all. The products smell lovely but the moisturiser has no SPF and feels more like a body moisturiser. The scrubs are really harsh on my face and ruined my skin. They also don't seem to post the negative reviews on their site which skews the result. Avoid.

Product not great – My partner broke out with rashes all over her and when we rang up to complain the staff where rude and horrible to deal with and did not take ownership.

Love products! – I purchased The Mega Complexion Crew Kit, and fell in love instantly! Having very sensitive skin, it helped my face and complexion even my family members were asking what I was using. Especially the Anti-Makeup Cleansing Oil is my most favourite, works a treat! Will be a regular customer from now on.

disappointed – very sad to see Frank body is now packaging in PLASTIC! this is cost saving (money making for an already very successful company) over the environment. thought these products made from coffee beans - seemed like they gave a crap about the environment but clearly that's crap!!! extremely disappointed!!

Scrub gone moldy? – I got the coco coffee scrub in later October and it was great, until I came back form a trip to find mold in the bag, idk what happened!
