1. Phone contact to book was extremely pleasant and courteous. Everything explained carefully and clearly.2. Contact made by service man 1/2 hour before his arrival, as promised.
3. He quickly and efficiently proceeded with the two jobs I had booked and subsequently fixed both. He clearly explained what the probable fault causes were.
Overall a very positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use your service again. Thank you.

Fantastic service !!
I had Rhys come out to replace 5 light fittings, and check one faulty appliance. The job was far more difficult than one would expect due to past dodgy installation by the previous owner . He still managed to do a perfect job without complaint and also had some very helpful tips that I appreciated . Will definitely be using again very soon , and recommend to anyone .The photos below show how dreadful the existing light fittings were , and the excellent job that Rhys has done replacing them !Dave Perth, WA

My washing machine like new again
My 15 year old top loading washing machine began to leave small black pieces rather like a leaf on the clothes. I phoned Hilton Electrical and was able to get an appointment the next day. Dean arrived very punctually and within a minute he took the agitator out. It needed cleaning. But he said the drum would need to be checked too. It showed the signs of 15 years of washing - blackened here and there. He took it outside and hosed it down inside and out until it looked like new again. Dean did an excellent job. Couldn't ask for a better tradesman

Booked an appointment to look at my dishwasher a week in advance waited around all day they were a no show rang up after the allocated hours to be told oh there must of been a glitch in our system yeah I see you did have a booking its just bad luck..Yeah bad luck for your company as i wont be recommending you. Professional and Courteous
Every point of contact with Hilton Electrical was excellent; the staff (both admin and trades) were professional, helpful, and friendly. My electrician happily worked with my other trades to problem-solve the random issues that can appear during a reno, and it was lovely to see him treat his apprentice with patience and respect. He went above and beyond, and the results are superb.I am very grateful to him and the team for their timely assistance and knowledge, and gladly recommend them.
