Scam 0 stars – Flew to our honeymoon in Thailand, called hotel to check in. Was told our booking was cancelled 2 days ago and full refund was issued to a third party - NOT BY US. We were stuck in Thailand, with no accommodation, $8,000 paid and was scam. Had to fly home same day out of pocket & took 3 months for bank to refund after much fighting. We went through “trip adviser” - do not book through hotel quickly.

Complete crooks at Hotel quickly – Complete crooks who take your money, claim the hotel fell through and refused to reimburse. Owners and managers should be in prison. I'm grateful my credit card reimbursed me, but I really panicked for a few weeks. Show details

Hotel Quickly Watch Out!! – This absolutely amazes me, such a large list of people saying and experiencing the same theme ‘scammed and fraud. I have same problem, paid October in full arrived destination end December, cancelled cost me substantial to obtain new accommodation. with them, I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM, and wouldn't use them anyway for fear of turning up at hotel to find booking cancelled again. They say on their website 100% refund of money if not satisfied, well guess what, they won't refund your money. HOTEL QUICKLY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED AND CLOSED DOWN, SCAMMERS!!!

the staff advised Hotel Quickly failed to transferred the payment from the customer to customer the hotel. I am not the only customer. So the hotel forced to cancel all of the booking that booked by Hotel Quickly. My credit card got debited back to August and I didn’t get any refund. Obviously Hotel Quickly didn’t notify me about the cancellation. Even I lodged the complaint, no one replied back. I can only lodge the dispute in my credit card but there is no much they can do. Please DO NOT book any booking through Hotel Quickly. This is the scam.

Terrible, almost (Probably) a scam – Booked accommodation in Bali and got a confirmation from them Weeks later I received an email saying they couldn't honour the booking and the best they could do was offer me a credit for use at a future date. Trivago referral fraudulent:HotelQuickly – I am one of the many many victims of Hotel Quickly’s fraudulent business practices, having been referred to them from the Trivago website. HK’s Travel Industry Council confirmed that HQ’s licence ran out and they closed business but were still advertising on Trivago. Obviously will never trust Trivago again. Shame on anyone who has profited from such a heartless scam.

account on their app - all good. I confirmed with the hotel – they had the booking. On the 3rd, boarding the plane to start the holiday to Bangkok, HQ send an email saying my booking has been cancelled (and the hotel confirms cancellation by email saying cancellation by the “agent”). HQ are very sorry, but there was a computer error. Do I want a credit or refund? I said how upset I was – I NEED a credit today as I need to pay for the holiday (a year of savings just stolen). Yes its been processed right now and any hold up is your bank’s fault they said. It’s been 3 weeks and many emails and calls, mostly ignored or responded to with lies and stories. I think my bank is helping, but I believe this is a scam, and I fell for it. Avoid this company as they are just a sham operation. Please avoid them unless you want to be robbed. How do credit card companies (banks) continue to allow these crims to use their facilities - commission? STOP allowing us to get ripped off, remove their access to our money, because if you, BANK, trust them, so do we!!!!!

Fraud!!!! – These people are thieves. Avoid like the plague. They will take your money and run. You won't get a refund even though their website clearly states you will. They are criminals pure and simple.

They are only offering a credit voucher for a future reservation, which is of no use to me as my holiday is all organized and I am unlikely to return to this part of the world.

In addition to that, the said voucher has not been forwarded to me. In addition, such a voucher would have no credibility. This appears to be a fraudulent organisation intent on theft as will be confirmed to anyone performing a quick web search.

Stay away.

Hotelquickly. Hotelquickly told a series of lies then eventually responded telling us tat they cannot refund us but have given us a “voucher”. For what? Another fake hotel booking leaving us stranded again?? Repeated email responses just reiterate that they refuse to refund our money. We checked online and found about 580 other reviews from people scammed the same way. DON’T USE THEM. Maybe donate your money to a likeable thief instead.

Fraud! - Never use HotelQuickly.com – Never, never, never use HotelQuickly.com to book anything! They are committing fraud Booked a hotel for 4 nights well in advance, just to be informed a few days from my trip that my reservation (fully paid) has been cancelled without my consent; and I will not be receiving a refund. Instead they offer a voucher - which is useless as I had to make alternative arrangements very urgently.

Scam company do not book with them – This company was bought by a scammer in 2017 and ripping off thousands of people by cancelling their hotel bookings a couple of days before they arrive. No email contacts and no phone contacts to call and try and get your money back.

SCAMMERS!!! Stay away from them – Booked a hotel room with hotel quickly, they cancelled our booking the night before we arrived with no notice to us, the booking was paid up front and non refundable. not take any responsibility and have said after reviewing with their internal IT department they could not find any error in their data base.... I’m interested to know how they go about looking for this error...

You do not get reply’s from their emails until 4-5 days later.

I want to also mention the false advertising of a room to get people to choose their company.

“Suite executive bed and breakfast”

To any normal person, this reads-

executive suite with breakfast in bed.

The intercontinental adelaide does not do breakfast in bed, it’s buffet breakfast only.

Hotel will also not refund for a room that was not used due to “non refundable booking”

False advertising !!
