We have been really happy with Kinetic Education. My child has shown a noticeable improvement in her understanding and confidence, and I love that she actually enjoys completing the tasks. I have been looking for a tutoring company for my kids for a long time. We found that online was the best option as we both work full time. When looking for reviews on local Facebooks pages, someone suggested Kinetic Education. I send off a form to enquire and Debbie from Kinetic rang me within 24 hours.

When she explained how it worked, how unique their program was, the fact that it was tailored to them, but set in a simple easy way for them to learn at their own pace it seemed like a winner. The kids also get points for doing their work and then get rewards! Win Win.

My children love this program, They log on every week day like clock work and complete a couple questions on both Maths & English. I find they are favoring their worst subject, now that they can see the difference its making and that speaks volume.

This is the best decision we have made for the kids and will recommend it to anyone who needs tutoring for their children.

Both kids went on initial test to see their level and where the gaps are. It was very helpful to find out that my eldest had gaps even from year 3 maths. We signed up in July and with routine weekly tasks, both daughter closed these gaps in few months.

The app gives weekly lessons review to see their score on various subjects, and where they see areas that need improvement, the app will repeat the subjects until my kids improve their score. There are rewards points as well for the kids that they can redeem for gift cards, which help motivate them. We also receive regular calls from Raj, our wonderful tutor support to check in on the girls progresses. Occassionally he would offer writing projects for the girls of which they could earn more reward points.

Amazing app, amazing system, amazing support, at a very affordable rate admist rising costs everywhere, our family is very thankful for Kinetic!

Our older daughter has also made an incredible improvement. She has gone from the bottom of the two Math classes, to now working her way towards the top of these classes. Her exam results have improved over the course of the year too. The progress we have seen in both girls is amazing. It has not only improved their Math knowledge but has also helped them believe in themselves and their abilities. Kinetic Education helped them go back and work through those gaps step by step, building their understanding and confidence along the way. It has been amazing to see them fill in the missing pieces and finally understand concepts they had struggled with for years.

The little bit of practice they do every day makes such a difference. It helps them maintain what they’ve learned and keeps their maths skills progressing without feeling overwhelming.

We’ve also had a great experience with the customer service. Everyone has been helpful, supportive and responsive whenever we’ve needed assistance.

My daughter would benefit more of having a 1:1 lesson and having the app activities as support for the lessons throughout the week, to reinforce her learning. She enjoyed the points incentive but found the lessons itselves not challenging at all and almost boring.

the consultant that they will set up my son's account on Friday 7th Nov, and I will have two weeks from that date, until 21st of Nov 2025 to cancel if we find it not working for us. However, on the contract my start date was recorded as 05th Nov 2025 and my 10 business days of cooling off period runs out on 19 Nov 2025. Lucky I checked my paperwork properly, as initially I was thinking I would make my decision by 20th Nov, thinking I can still cancel it on 21st Nov as me any my Mrs. were verbally told multiple times by the consultant until it was baked into our memory. I was the lucky one, I'm sure they caught many victims using this trick of imaginary two days. Verbal doesn't count, what is written and signed what matters. As per the online platform, it is not bad - however difficult to justify the price as it is already pre-populated content. They say they have educators available to support, it the kid needs help - but we didn't get to try that and was wondering, how many educators available (ratio, teacher : kids), to be that any useful. If my son have to stay on-hold on a phone line for 10 - 15 min, to get some help on a math question, how is that going to be practical? The did the evaluation on my son and confirmed that my son is full aware on his year level and 85% good on next year level and when it comes to setting up his lessons, they set him up from the beginning of the next year level (where they said he knows 85% already). We found the questions were too easy and my son was not learning anything. English was not much different. This service is not a [Content Removed], it has real math and english lessons (and there are saying live educators available certain time of the day from Monday to Thursday if needed), and if your kid is behind on the current year level, it may help to improve. But not suitable for us and their tack ticks to lock you in for the whole year with no escape and tricking people so they go over the cooling period before they can cancel are unacceptable for me - one star is for that, and the education platform, may be I give about 3.5 stars.

Just make sure before you commit to anything to help your child's development that they can actually cater for your children needs. Also check real reviews that they can't block and take down.

We’ve seen a noticeable improvement in both our children since starting with Kinetic as have their teachers. The kids enjoy doing their homework and earning points towards a reward. The tutors are excellent to deal with as well. Definitely worth the investment. Show reply

I recently tried the 2-week free trial with my child. Unfortunately, my child found the lessons boring and not engaging, so we decided not to continue. I informed the representative of our decision politely over the phone. However, she did not sound very happy with our decision and ended the call rather abruptly, saying, “Okay, thank you, bye,” without properly concluding the conversation.

I found this experience quite unprofessional and disappointing, especially when I was simply providing honest feedback after taking the time to try the program.

My daughter started using Kinetic Education in year 3 and made remarkable progress in her English and Mathematics. She is in year 7 now and doing so well in her studies . Daily lesson plans for self study with support provided let my daughter build a very strong understanding of the topics and even perform better in her school. Kinetic has really helped my daughter progress in both English and especially Maths. What I like most is that they’re able to identify the specific areas she needs to focus on, then provide extra practice and follow-up on those topics until she becomes more confident. It feels much more targeted than just working through general exercises.

The program aligns really well with the Australian Curriculum for Maths. My children enjoy the self paced activities. Appropriately timed lessons and questions. Easy to use hub for parents and children. The reward points are a great motivator too with vouchers able to be bought with points. Show reply
