The magic bullet is brilliant. It has many uses. With the flat blade, it can grind coffee beans, cinnamon sticks, and parmesan cheese to a fine consistency. With the long blade, it can make vegetable and fruit smoothies to a soup consistency. It can make milkshakes and it can crush ice. The magic bullet is the best blender that I have come across. I strongly recommend the magic bullet. Show details

Broke easy pain to clean – Very disappointed you would have to blend for a while to get it smooth now that's fine but it broke and sparked after trying to blend frozen blueberries ‍:l and the cap and the blade was a pain to clean you would have to move the blade and get into the deep depths to wash it Show details

This is almost perfect but can’t live without it. 900 series mega pack – I recently purchased NutriBullet 900 watt mega pack on 07/01/24 to replace the Ninja that stopped working. At Myer Mt Gravatt QLD..The Ninja in comparison has a slightly louder sound. They are both quite loud but that didn’t bother me. I prefer the NutriBullet as not once has it leaked or overflowed into the base unlike the Ninja. Because the… Read more

Ninja had protein shake leak into it I wiped it out from the base and since then it has not worked so it is not in use. Not sad about it, it didn’t take much for the Ninja to die on me. The NutriBullet feels smoother and has all the attachments you might use. The only negatives I found was when you switch it on it does a little movement on the bench. Like a jump then stays still. The other negative is the rubber seal keeps coming off. Beneath the lid you turn on to cover the blender. This is really annoying me as it makes it a nuisance to unscrew the lid with the blades. When I first started using the NutriBullet I noticed my right hand ached it took me days to realise it was the lid I had been straining my hand on to get the lid off. I think the rubber seal may have and still is the underlying issue here. If you wake up the next day and think you have arthritis or been bitten in the centre of your hand the pain is probably from opening the NutriBullet Magic bullet. I have only used blenders for protein shakes. ( protein powder, ice, mango, banana, ice cream and small ice cubes with water).

Blends optifast perfectly – I know it is not the most powerful Bullet blender but after trying to shake Optifast shakes by hand, and getting heaps of lumps, this was the perfect answer. I started to try and mix the mixture with a spoon but soon learnt, just add it to the water and let the bullet do it's thing. No lumps. Handles totally wet or totally dry items but not items… Read more

with sauces or little moisture because the soon stick to the side walls. Great blender if you want a reasonably priced unit but don't need the power for thicker smoothies. Purchased it from the Goodguys in November 2023

Spins so fast it snaps – This is such a good machine that dispute all the breakage of parts due to incredible spinning speed I have bought a few but unfortunately it’s keeps breaking. Different parts that have broken include the plastic wheel (as shown) on the top of the machine where the container sits in as well as the rubber knobs that seat into the plastic wheel to spin the blades. Show details

Okay I guess. But for the price, you can get a better one – I've had our blender (600w) for probably a year or so. It was much quieter in the beginning. We had to replace the blade/base a few months ago as it got rusty due to water seeping into the bearings and ruining them. We got a brand new head and have been more careful with the way we wash it, but it's becoming noisy and stiff again and I suspect a… Read more

repeat problem. I won't buy another.

It's limited by its small volume (which isn't an issue most of the time, but is annoying for soups) and is only safe to use with cold applications (not soups, as they have a tendency to pressurise and spray hot soup everywhere upon opening.

The clean-up is okay, you can just spin some detergent in the blender to wash the blades and then leave blades-down so water stays away from the bearings on the reverse side of the lid. But you still need to remove the rubber o-ring, and clean underneath, otherwise it's the perfect hidey hole for mold and grossness.

Quite loud over time and not strong enough for ice (it can do it but with a cringy racket)

Fab little helper – I bought my first Magic Bullet 11 yrs ago and found it so useful that I bought them for my best friend and my sons for Xmas..Mine gave up 6 mths ago and I've bought another one to replace it..I have a larger more powerful machine which has its place but I prefer the bullet which I keep on the bench plugged in for easy use it grinds pepper corns… Read more

and other hard spices coffee beans also Parmesan cheese etc and makes smoothies omelettes chops nuts onions herbs etc..it's tiny footprint is great and once you start there's no end to what you can use it for....I recommend getting a model with the 2 blades as even though I mostly use the chopping one..You do need the grinder for hard spices...Try to get one with the large and small cups...They are so much cheaper now than when I got my first one... You can get the more powerful Nutribullet but that won't chop or do a lot of things the bullet will as it just turns things to mush....it's made for smoothies the Bullet is more multi purpose...I was lost when mine died and couldn't replace it quick enough...highly recommend this cheap little gem...cleaning is a breeze..

Easy to use and does what I need it to!! – I love this blender! It's compact and the pack we purchased came with extra cups and storage covers. I got this mainly to make baby food with as my vitamix was having trouble with the small amounts I was blending. It's just perfect! It blends the fruit and veg that I have tried in it to a nice smooth consistency (they have been microwaved… Read more

prior in all the cases that I have used it.) And if I want things a little chunkier I just pulse blend it and keep an eye on the consistency.

I've used this to blend up diet shakes as well - so the shake powder, cold water and ice. Although it doesn't always crush the ice perfectly, it does a good job and seems to make the shake taste much better than just shaking it.

it's also great for whipping cream! And then you can store it in the same container that you whipped it in because it comes with a selection of lids to use!

It seems like a sturdy little unit and so far has blended everything we have wanted to use it for.

My parents have had one for many years that still works well and that is part of the reason that we chose to purchase one.

It takes up next to no space on the counter and stores away easily.

It's so simple to clean and makes making baby food at home a breeze.

I have yet to try it for making fruit smoothies/green juices or anything like that, but I have put my vitamix in the cupboard as I tend to reach for the magic bullet more often!!

It is a little loud, but again it's not as loud as other blenders I've used. And it actually seems like you don't have to blend as long as some other blender that I have used...so the sound is not as long. You can easily talk over the top of the sound of this blender...compared to my vitamix, which you really couldn't.

I have only had the magic bullet for a few months but it seems like it will last, especially because you don't have to blend for a long time to get a good result.

Great little unit – I've had this machine for 3+ years and use daily. Never had a problem, except when I dropped the blender / blade attachment. Was able to easily purchase a replacement online for $25. Very happy for personal use. Only thing that could be better is cleaning the blade attachment could be designed better. But never had any long term build up with cleaning straight after use. Show details

Doesn't work perfectly for everything – This is great at chopping ice, nuts, frozen and fresh fruit, and then mixing in some liquid. However, if you add some protein powder to that mix, it turns to a huge clogged mess and doesn't blend any more at all. Not like the larger ones Show details

Just No – Does not do the job, still frozen banana slices after a full cycle, suction is so strong the top is almost impossible to unscrew, the cup is huge and difficult to handle for someone with smaller hands. Very loud too. My $49 one from a particular supermarket special does a better job. Show details

Poor quality – Does a terrible job on hot keto coffee. Had my Magic Bullet less than 6 months and used it exclusively for keto coffee. Started leaking around the shaft and into the motor base. The plastic washers wear out and no one can tell me where to get replacements. I know the inside and outside diameter but not the thickness and no one seems to have the proper replacement information. Show details

Crap, cheaper options are better – Had a Nutri bullet but lost the big cup. Replaced it with the magic bullet as the bigger motor looked like a good option. It doesn’t mix small batches properly and lid jams when it warms up.  Show details

It died – I am a vivid smoothie maker, I also make my own jams, pesto, vivid blender user and after 6 months of owning it my machine stopped working and all o could smell was burnt. I put it away in the hopes it would work again eventually and I was right it did but to quickly show the burning smell and then a spark to which it died again  Show details

Good budget priced blender – I have had my Magic Bullet for 4 years and the motor is still going strong. I use it every morning to make a smoothie for breakfast. robust and easily break. The lugs on the cups snap off quite easily. However, all these can be replaced from spare parts bought cheaply from eBay and have lasted me for years after the initial breakages and with the cross blade unit going blunt. The only original part is the motorized base unit.

Pretty good belnder, didn't last long – The magic bullet is great, we were getting some good use out of it in the first year, making smoothies. Then it blew up. overheated and just stopped working, we must have had something in it that was too thick/ too much for the blender, overall a good blender but needs to be looked after and a lot of care taken as they are not the most endurable blenders, was good value for money however and we got some good use out of it  Show details

Didnt last as long as others – The blender was amazing until it got to old and the blades got very blunt and would not cut soft fruits anymore. The blender handled liquids but not solids. Ice cubes would not get chopped up. I liked everything about it except the blades.  Show details

Does the job – Generally always blends everything to the right consistency, sometimes it can be lumpy but can be avoided if blended longer. Eventually parts of the blender wear out and the blender breaks down. Some parts (a rubber ring) falls out or tangles up and needs to be fixed. Honestly if you can buy and nutribullet or a better blender buy that lol :)  Show details

Still use it every week – This was one of the first things I bought when I moved out. It is brilliant for making serves for one person (or two) and especially good if you like smoothies. I mostly use it for fruit ut I have mushed up eggies in it before too. It works really well.  Show details

It was good until it broke – I think the blender is good for liquids but since I blend a lot of frozen fruits, it heats up and eventually stopped working. I would recommend it for someone who mainly blends liquids and powders, but nothing too dense.  Show details
