After they fitted and balanced the Tyre's, The car wobbles on the highway at 100 kph. My advice! Don't let them leave until you have driven your car. I was sick at the time, when i had them fitted, so i didn't drive my car straight away. My mistake. Show details

Absolutely waste of money on this elite yet rubbish tyres – Summary: Got 4 of new Pirelli P Zero Tyres 22545R19 for my Nissan Qashqai, but have been advised to replace all the tyres after running only 17000 KMs / in just 15 months as they were completely worn out. Purchased in Dec 2021 at MyCar Werribee Tyre Mileage: 17,000 km Car Model: Nissan Qashqai Ti Off-Roading Frequency: Never Usage: General day… Read more
to day normal use Tyre rotation: every 6 months Conducted wheel balancing and alignment with tyre purchase and 9 months there after
I am writing this review regarding the Pirelli tires that I purchased on December 23, 2021. I purchased four Pirelli P Zero tires for myCar, which lasted only for 17,000 kilometers / 15 months, and I have been asked to replace the tyres during my recent car service appointment which is completely unexpected for this brand and cost of tyres. I am extremely disappointed with tyres performance which wear / worn out at extremely fast rate.
I have been in contact with Pirelli customer center for the past two months by myself and via myCar to try to resolve this issue, but Pirelli customer care team is completely unresponsive despite providing all the documents to support the purchase of tyres, tyre rotation at regular intervals and replacement suggestions during recent car service to support my complaint. And am still waiting for their response, and eventually always driving my car with a fear in mind, continuous stress and at risk driving with these worn tyres.
I am also concerned about the fact that Pirelli customer service has been so unhelpful.
I use my car for general family purposes, I am the only one who drives the car and took all the maximum care I could take. In broadly the same conditions my previous car tyres from Bridgestone lasted around 45000 KMs.
I would strongly recommend avoiding Pirelli P Zero tyres. They are a complete waste of money.
Disastrous – Disastrous Chinese low cost tyres are better the pirelli pz4 "premium" tyre. After 10-200km i have a bublle on left/rear tire, send back to warranty and they didnt assume nothing. If someone wants to sue them i have warranty mail response tyre and rym. Show details
Pirelli - PZERO have been excellent – These tires have been excellent in the wet and dry conditions. They have really excellent grip and pull me up on a dime. The tire noise is much quieter than the Bridgestone E3000sp from Ford for my type of car (BF XR6). The ride is much softer at a higher tire pressure. I have had these P Zero’s now for two years and they looks like they have… Read more · 1
hardly worn. I do low miles as my Falcon XR6 is used to drive 6km to work and home every day and I use it very rarely on Weekend. I do some 10k a year.
In my Opinion these are very good value for money.

Definitely a Good Performance Tyre – I have these on two of my vehicles, CLS 250D Shooting Brake 2016 Model, the other a Ford Mustang GT 2017 Model. Great in all conditions & I do like to drive these cars actively especially in & out of the corners. I make sure tyre pressures are correct weekly. A performance tyre like these will not give the best mileage as they are sticking yo the… Read more
road well. I have had some cracking & blowouts at around 25,000 to 30,000 kms in the Merc & have now replaced the 4 tyres with Pirelli PZERO MO (Mercedes Original) once again. Only covered 17,000kms in the Ford Mustang & the way their wearing should get a little over 30,000kms from the set. All tyres experts I have spoken with advised me this, Pirelli PZERO tyres are excellent high performance tyres with a soft compound tyre & recommend replacing the sets at 3 years old regardless of distance travelled due to their soft compound rubber cracking. Knowing this I have & will continue to use Pirelli PZERO tyres until someone can convince me that something better exists that gives as good or better performance.
You're lucky you got 16,000klms – I have a 2015 Jaguar XF, that have had Michelin Pilot SS's on since I have owned it, averaging about 35k-45k and performing well under most conditions I had no need to change, until a friend bragged and bragged about how good the Pirelli P Zeros are. I bit the bullet and purchased two 285/30/R20's for the rear for around the same price "bit… Read more
cheaper" than I pay for the Michelins.
I live in the country, and have 300 kays a day to commute to work, so clock up about 1500 kays a week of 110kmh windy bitumen roads.
The tyres performed great, handled well, very quiet, and really gripped the corners, I was super impressed. That was until a month later, and travelled only 10,000 odd kays and they started looking quite worn. I rang the supplier and he stated that they were a high performance soft compound tyre so the first signs of wear will happen quickly but then slow down.
I took him at his word, until the tyres were slicks at 16,000 kays. Took them back obviously dissatisfied with $1000 set of tyres lasting 8 weeks. I got the same story of "bad suspension" "been on the track" etc. etc., not being able to disprove taking the car on a track day I did have suspension reports from before and after and the suspension was fine. Not happy with the reseller’s response I spoke to a local Pirelli rep who stated "you were lucky to get 16,000, they are a race tyre and most cars only get 10,000"
Obviously the tyres don’t come with a mileage guarantee but after suggesting that they should come with a disclaimer about their fast wearing I was told "then we wouldn’t sell as many tyres, its buyer beware, you buy a high performance race tyre, don’t expect hard Chinese tyre kilometres"
Not sure if I am being harsh with my review or not but it appears there are more and more people speaking up about fast wearing on the Pzeros
For anyone interested I did take this to Consumer Affairs, but Pirelli did not respond to their requests and the case was closed after 2 months.
Excellent wet and dry tyres with considerable stopping power – While these tyres aren't cheap, they're not horribly expensive given their ability to stop a couple of tonnes of metal in the wet, and the improved handling even in the dry they bring to Audi A6, BMW 5 series and Saab 9-5 size vehicles. I'm not sure they're a perfect replacement for the P6000's that were my favourite tyre previously - slightly… Read more
softer rubber without a noticeable improvement in quietness/road noise and trading off worse performance in deeper water for better performance in shallower water aren't my own choices - I wouldn't be stupid enough to aquaplane on the M4 without seeing the puddle, but they're still an excellent tyre at a price point which is hard to look past, given how bad Bob Jane standards are and how expensive the next level up are. There's no real reason to look past these unless you travel a lot on poor surfaces and need a harder wearing tyre, or are prone to getting nails through them - in which case a different type of tyre might be interesting. The Euro variant tyres are the ones I prefer as they'll do about 50,000km, while it does appear that Rod L's review is correct in that some of the P Zero's are designed with a lesser tread depth - this may depend on a few variables so I'd call Pirelli to check.

The best tyre service I have ever experienced. The specialist was extremely knowledgable. I had a unique issue that others could not manage, however he did with ease. Show details
Great tyres for XC60 – Great in wet or dry weather. Greaf with braking. Have 21 inch tyres - PZERO 255/40 102V. Had them for 3.5 years so far, travelled 44,300 kms and still have 1mm left to bead indicator. So should get another 1500 kms of use before need replacement. Show details
Great performance tyre – This tyre handles well during web conditions but when it's hot and dry, this tyre really shines. It is a lot firmer than an average tyre but it gives the driver more information about the surface the car has just gone through. It's slightly noisier than conventional tyres but the much better handling it provides makes it a great tyre. However I do… Read more
find my tyres wore out very quickly just around 3 years of mixed driving conditions, 1 rare tyre got punctured around 2 years time since new, but I guess that's probably normal for a tyre that handles well.
Negative reviews
Very ordinary but high price – No wet traction at all and worn out after 5,000km even dry traction was not the best found kumho ps71 has way better all round traction at half the price Show details
I would never buy another Pirelli product – I've now had three issues with Pirelli tyres. Absolute rubbish product. I paid for their premium range and I've had nothing but issues with them leaking air and bubbling. I'm purchasing 4 new tyres so I can take the Pirellis to the dump where they belong. They don't warrant their product for any faults regarding losing air pressure, even though… Read more
I've had the issue from brand new. Pirelli tyres will literally leave you stranded on the side of the road. Do yourself a favour and do not waist your money on their poor quality product.

Worn out after 12,000k's and bubble on front tyre – Terrible in the wet. My wife drives an i30N as her daily, she's not exactly an aggressive driver! Just had the tyres checked as part of an annual service and they advised all need changing and one of the fronts has a side wall bubble! 12,000klms normal driving on these tyres and they are stuffed! Would never buy Pirellis again. Show details

Very impressed with the Pirelli P-Zero's recently fitted to my vehicle. There has been a noticeable improvement in both grip and ride comfort over my previous tyres. And the service by MobileTyreShop was first-class. Show details
arrived on time and did a great job, tyres were fitted professionally and with care. Pricing was competitive with any tyre shop too which was a surprise to me. highly recommend then Show details
Do not buy pirelli p zero tyres – Do not buy pirelli p zero tyres. The side wall of tyre will bubble and the blame will be placed on you for a pot hole. If you feel the side wall of the tyre its inconsistent with strength. 4614km only on this tyre. 21/40/255 A lot of other users have reported exact same fault. At $ 660 per tyre very very poor pirelli I will never purchase pirelli ever again and I highly suggest you don’t either Show details
Pzero PZ4 worst tyre for SUV – 3 separate blowouts over 7 months of the front tyres on my BMW X7. When you search the internet this is a common problem. Now driving in fear but not for long as I plan to throw these ridiculous tyres in the rubbish. Show details
Love these tyers – They are the best tyres on the road, built for grip and speed. Love my Pirelli tyers more than I can say in 30 words or less. Go buy them with confidence. Show details
What a difference !!! R22 35 18 – Excellent both wet or dry conditions for my BMW 125i M Sports. In fact it is much quieter than Bridgestone or Continental . No bouncy , great grip , best tyres I had. So far the front tyres were installed 18 months ago (18000KM) and the back tyres 3 (3000 Km) months ago. Plernty of tread left. So far so good for runflat tyres. Show details
Worst Tyre for handling - don't buy Dangerous! – I have had the P zero tyres on my 2017 Mustang GT since new and they are the worst tyre. to say I lost traction in both wet and dry is an understatement and by no means am I a hoon or drive my car hard. I got 30000km out of the rear tyres and the front tyres are probably only half worn to give you an indication of how I drive. I have now up… Read more
graded the rear tyres to Bridgstone Potenzas and they are great! My next issue is that whilst I now have good traction at the rear the front with the P zeros is losing traction/over steering especially in the wet. I will be changing the front tyres soon too!
Have had them on my E250 CDI Mercedes since new , sick to death of them failing ,not wearing out just splitting – Have had no problem with handling on wet or dry ,but after the 7 th failure 1 at a time l give up and going to Michelin or Continental . Several failures have been interstate or in the country ,and as they not commonly available we have to limp home under 80kmph with space saver spare . Show details

Best wet weather tyres – Purchased these tyres for my VW MK6 GTI that is heavily modified and these tyres provided excellent grip , especially in wet weather conditions , they replaced a pair of Pirelli dragon sports , the dragon sports were a good tyre but the PZERO's are in a whole other ball park , I know these PZERO's won't last as long but thats the trade off that I am prepared to pay for grip / safety ! P Zero fitted to my 2017 Mustang is useless in the wet. Diabolical in the wet or even wet road – They are useless in the wet or wet road conditions. They are good in the dry but but useless in the wet. Durability but I am going change for Michelin PS 4S. Show details
It's like a different car! – Just recently put a set of these on after driving on a cheap Chinese brand from the previous owner. The difference is phenomenal! Quiet, smooth, unbelievable grip. No better tyre! Show details
Pirelli Zero 275/45/R21 107Y Front & 315/40/R21 111Y Rear – Have had Pirelli P ZERO MO OEM tyres on my 2015 Mercedes Benz GLE350D Coupe SUV from new, they have comfortably lasted 35,000kms without any wheel alignment or wheel balancing in between, which probably was required and could have delivered a further 3-5,000kms. Its a relatively good result for a high performance tyre in my opinion. They've… Read more
provided Good traction during both dry and wet road conditions on highway and around town driving. Relatively pleased with the outcome so have decided to give them another go as NEW replacement tyres for the old set. They can be a relatively expensive high performance tyre considering the front 275/45/R21 107Y retail for upto $585.00 each whilst the Rear 315/40/R21 111Y can retail for upto $785.00 each. With a bit of initiative you can find a few more competitive price offers.
Dangerous in the wet – My Jeep Trackhawk has 295 45 20 Pzero from the factory. They handle really well in the dry but aqua plane in the wet. Quite scary. Also pretty much worn out at 17,000 k’s. very expensive for poor wet performance and short life span. Show details
Not acceptable in the wet – Came standard on my 2016 AMG A45, and the wet weather performance is terrible considering there’s plenty of tread left. The car is also AWD, so it shouldn’t break loose so easily, from what is suppose to be a superior expensive tyre. I had Michelin Pilot Super Sports on two previous cars, one was a 2014 AMG A45, the other was a Scirocco R, the… Read more
Michelin’s were the best tyres ever, in all conditions. I’m looking forward to replacing the Pirelli’s when I can.
Pirelli P-zero 245/45 R20 103v - not designed for SUV’s – What a disappointment. These tyres came with my Volvo XC40 but clearly not suitable. I pulled over to let a car pass and had to go up a 2” curb, at slow speed, only for a hole to blow out the side of the tyre. This didn’t happen once but twice on two separate occasions!! Neither was at any speed or a high curb by any stretch of the imagination. I would not be buying these tyres for any SUV. Show details
P Zero 19" deterioration / perishing – These 19" tyres were on the car when brought it with 17000ks on the clock. It now just hit 30,000ks and the tyres by depth have about 20% wear left in them . I got a slow leak , took in for repair only to be told the tyres were in fact perishing and the leak was not repairable from a crack !!. All four tyres the same. Manufacture date 47th… Read more

No abuse or mistreatment , pressure run at 38psi. Car garage kept and always under cover when parked.
Perishing tyre in this day and age is pathetic. Check yours, this is dangerous. So much for quality reputation.
P Zero 235/35/R19 on VW Scirocco R Wolfsburg – These tyres were on the car when delivered brand new. They are absolutely brilliant. Car has now done 27,000km and there's easily another 15k of life in them.....and that's with spirited driving through the corners. Cannot fault. Smooth, quiet and grip like the proverbial. Will definitely be replacing with same when they're due. Show details
Good Tyres – I have Pirelli P Zero 255/40r20 on an Audi A6 allroad and i cannot fault them. Fairly quiet stick like glue in all conditions and in my experience wear well. They are getting to the stage of needing a change but i have done 52000 k on them. I have been surprised having read all the horror stories about bad wear on both Pirelli tyres and Audis I… Read more
have to say that has not been my experience. I don’t drive like a loony but I just drive to the normal level of common sense. So I would recommend Pirelli P Zero tyres
Great for sporty driving, but otherwise fragile – My car came with new 19 inch P-zero tyres, and they handle very nicely when throwing the car around - sticky and quiet. However, in month two, one tyre ended up with a rip in the side wall after I drove very slowly up a small roadside edge, and I mean very slowly. In month four, another one popped when striking a small pothole at 50kmph. Not… Read more
happy, give me Continental Contact Sports any day. P-zeroes are designed too far to the sport driving side, with no attention to everyday driving. Very sticky, but at the expense of being fragile.
