A Luxury chair – This chair arrived so quickly and is so easy to set up, it’s actually beautiful to look at and very versatile, my only suggestion would be to make the brakes easier to use for front wheels, I push my chair around the house for different uses so find pushing in the buttons all the time not the easiest, I wish it was a brake system you could turn on… Read more · 1
or off without holding buttons in but in saying that the back wheels are always unlocked so I can just lift from front and push around. It’s a beautiful chair otherwise, very happy with the quality.

Stay away if you worry about your kid’s safety – I’m here to alert you so maybe you can avoid your child to get serious injured. weight) and is about 12kg at 22 months. On the 02/10/19 the chair collapsed while my daughter was sitting on it having her dinner. Both plastic fittings on the legs broke at the same time, causing it to fall backwards and my daughter hit the back of her head on the metal frame when she hit the floor. Luckily she didn’t have anything more serious apart from a massive egg on her head and a big fright. The chair had only 1 year and 4 months of use when that happened. The matter was reported to the ACCC but I don’t believe it will be investigated further. I contacted both manufacturer and store. Only got a reply from the store saying because the chair is out of warranty they were willing to “help” offering to replace the broken chair with a cheaper version (same brand) which I refused as I fear for my daughter’s safety. So what? After 12 months you should throw the chair in the bin because otherwise your kid can be serious hurt? Stay away while you can, I’ll have to go through the hassle of a court process to try to get a fair solution for my problem. Yes it is a good looking chair but it’s not safe

Grand-daughter lovers her new high chair – The features are amazing and I have tried them all out. Although 5 month old grand-daughter is not sitting, the ability to lay the chair part back is wonderful. Best of both worlds. Untrustworthy – I bought the bimberi high chair based on the folded configuration measurements provided on the website for storage reasons. company (and they clearly outsource their customer relations) the best I was offered was a $40 refund - they wouldn't accept a return as it was used. An utter disappointment and it really begs to question what else they lied about in the description- does it really meet the safety standards for example... The chair is ok, seems sturdy so far and my daughter seems comfortable, but it's not the easiest to clean or manoeuvre, and you need 2 hands to set up and move. I wish I'd bought something different to be honest. Have contacted the ACCC about the false and misleading measurements so will see what they say.

Poor Mobility – We choose this product thinking it would be perfect to wheel between indoor dinning areas. To move the chair you have to press two very stiff buttons and even then the wheels are not smooth. It’s very hard to physically hold the buttons, moreover It also only goes in straight lines so you often have to go back and forward to make a simple move. If you want easy to navigate don’t buy this chair. Show details

Quality with excellent design functionality – This is the beez neez of high chairs. It has quality coupled with design functionality to set it apart from other high chairs. Not cheap but the old adage applies here: you get what you pay for. We haven't used it yet as we're still waiting for our baby to arrive but bought took advantage of the sale promotion by Nanny Annie and purchased it well before need. Best ever high chair – I’ve have 11 grandkids and another 2 by the end of the year. So I’ve experienced plenty of high chairs but nothing comes close to star kids bimberi. it will steer. The sale price allowed me to buy one for the future Mumma as well. The other aspect that appealed to me is the recline position and adjustable footrest - I can remember my kids falling asleep in their chair after a big feed and drink - this looks so more comfortable than what my kids were in. Plus it folds up and can popped away when I send the bubba home!
Edit: the child has been using it for just over a year now and I find it difficult to use the features I wanted: folding and steering. I get that it needs to be secure, but to push it around requires a double action (push button, pull lever, both hands) that for my old hands makes it hard. The separate top on the tray table makes for easy washing and the recline option works great!

An excellent highchair! – This is a perfect first highchair. The multiple sitting positions and adjustable heights made it an easy transition to sitting at the table with mum and dad for meals. Great High Chair – My daughter can sit up at 5 months so already started using it and she loves it. Seems very comfortable for her and the adjustable height means I can feed anywhere. I love the stop and go button on the top so you don't have to fiddle with wheel brakes below. All buttons are easy to use and straight forward. The wheels have scratched our timber floors and my wife physically can’t hold the buttons and wheel the chair due to her wrist injuries developed after having bub. It also only goes in straight lines so you often have to go back and forward to make a simple move. If you want easy to navigate don’t buy this chair.
2. Comfort - The chair is so heavy and clunky therefore is heavy to carry around. Our baby is not happy in the chair she almost gets lost in the chair because the tray seems too high up for the chair height. She is 9 months old and don’t expect her to fit into it properly for a long time. The food she plays with never lands on the tray as it’s so far away.
3. Safety - The straps are extremely big and there’s no way to make them smaller. We don’t use them anymore as it’s pointless is now the chair isn’t even safe. Again not suitable for a 9 month old baby. 4. Cleaning - This was the final straw. As our daughter started exploring food more, approx 2 months after the purchase this is when we have had to scrap this chair and go to Kmart and spend $20. The food and drink fall down due to the tray being so far away. There is so many cracks that food gets stuck in and can’t be cleaned. The flys buzz around the chair as the only way to clean the chair is carry it down and outside to hose it down. This is just not practical! See picture attached showing one of the areas that can’t be cleaned with a cloth, unfortunately the little flys can’t be picked up in the picture. In addition the buckles are hard to get off to get the cheap leather cushion off. You need a screw driver so it’s not a 20 second operation.
Finally, I feel quietly even selling this product second hand so it’s just money in the bin. I never write reviews but felt I had to as nee family’s have enough expense so buy the cheap one and avoid the smell and the flys buzzing around your bub.
Terrible – Ordered this when I was pregnant, set it up and the tray was loose, wobbly, slopping downwards, with food and water sliding down easily or with a slight nudge. are also screwed pointing in a weird way, so when you put the tray in, its an experience of its own. Mine came with a little damaged/faulty. The chair levels are not easy, they get stucked and jammed. The chair lock wheels are useless, my child figured out moving her body a little and the entire chair would moves. We have to bring the chair near us or the tabke several times. Useless lock wheels ever. I asked this to be refunded or replaced when i jnitially setup. They didnt. Two months later still after several calls, they do not accept the chair is faulty. After months of chasing they want me to send the product back for testing without any refund or replacement or return label. Awful purchase with awful customer service.
Cheap crap – I found this chair very frustrating. The wheels are so annoying you can’t just unlock the wheels you have to have the buttons holding down the whole time u want to move it. product and we have jammed our fingers lots of times. The seat doesn’t slide up and down as easy as it looks. It gets jammed in one side then the whole lot gets stuck. Very frustrating to use! Have bought a $24 ikea chair. When I asked for the straps it was said to come with I got given a policy from the company telling me it was ok for them to change and details. Also I asked if I could send back as we are truly not happy with it and they wanted to charge me 15% fee. I think not. By the time I sent it back etc wouldn’t of been worth it. It’s going in the bin it’s cheap and nasty.

Great high chair! – The highchair is great and easy to use. It has the option to adjust the height based on baby making it great value for money. The seat is nice and soft so it's very comfortable.
