Never again – We have had this King Koil Mattress for a number of years(approx 6) and have finally decided to dump it. Back and neck pain have gradually got worse and have finally worked out its the mattress. After spending 4k plus on the mattress thinking it would last a good 10 years....won't go near an A.H ever again. UPDATE A.H Beard contacted me and offered to have a look at the mattress. The mattress was taken to their factory and they replaced the springs, comfort layers, and the top material. In short we pretty much have a new mattress and it's great! Their customer backup and service has been great. A fantastic outcome when I never really expected anything would happen. I would now give A.H Beard a 10 out of 10. Thanks again A.H Beard.
