If you like a bed that creaks- buy the Noa Sunset Frame! – The Noa Sunset bed looks quite beautiful- but that's really where it ends. The set up of the Sunset Frame wasn't exactly the easiest. The manufacuturers, for example, did not have the end users in mind especially when it comes to tightening screws. It was awkard and a painful process overall.
When you eventually set the Sunset Frame up, prepare to be further disappointed. The bed creaks whenever I move (even slightly). This heavily disrupted our sleep. When you get in touch with Noa, they will ask you to send them pictures and videos of the issue (this was promising as I thought they would be rectifying the issue). Instead, [Name Removed] (Noa Rep), then simply sent me the instructional manual (which I already have) and asked me to tighten the screws. Noa's after purchase care (while quick), was poor in quality and devoid of actual remedy.
Towards the end of this, Noa offered me a 30% refund. They were unable to fix the problem- which shows the overall poor quality of the build. Avoid their bed frames (I have also returned their mattress as it was causing me backache).
