Extremely slow processing and dispatching time since they receive funds from my Credit Card.

Paid for SD Card by CC and Payment Received on Tuesday by ShoppingSquare 14/08/2018 (Confirmed by Shopping Square)
Apparently SD card dispatched on Thursday 16/08/2018 (As per their Email support staff when I chased them up on Monday 20/08/2018)
Later on the day, I received a confirmation email from Shopping Square, Order dispatched on 20/08/2018 ??
The stamp on the envelope is dated 21/08/2018 ??
SD card received 23/08/2018 !!

It took 7 business days to deliver the SD card within Sydney.

I though i will add the conversation i got with them as they keep telling a lie each time 1st email "We can confirm that your order has been dispatched on 16/08/2018 by Au post standard mail. the delivery address is as follows." 2nd email "Kindly also note that your order could have been packed by afternoon of 16th which means it has been beyond our daily cut off time and therefore courier could have pick it up by the next day Friday 17/08/2018." 3rd email The warehouse is again closed by Friday and therefore no collection was made on this day . our courier agent has arranged to collect all our parcels by the next working day which is Monday 20/08/2018. They have no idea
