Faulty parts and expensive to replace them – This trampoline is great for the kids to jump and play but they just don’t last especially for how expensive they are. The original mat started getting holes around the edge where rod brackets dig in. This was replaced under warranty in 2015 but even through I paid for the initial installation had to pay to have faulty part installed as well. Then a few years later same issue with holes around the mat over brackets, but more alarmingly a bracket completely snapped in half and rod popped out. Clearly a faulty part. Also zip had broken and holes in net around zip. It just does not seem to be up to the job of lots of play.
As we had bought it before they extended their warranty, was told would need to pay for replacement net and mat. Utterly appalled they don’t stand behind their product a bracket completely snapped in half is not general wear and tear it is a fault.
Considering they market themselves as being all about safety it was disappointing that such a failure of their product was not rectified.

Hi Jim, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Unfortunately based on the age of your trampoline it is out of warranty so we were unable to provide the parts at no cost. Our warranty has changed over the years due to the number of improvements we have made to our product over the years which is why we now offer a full ten year warranty against manufacturing defects on all parts of the trampoline.
