We inherited our very well loved spring free from our neighbours whose kids had grown up, I called customer service to order parts as after many many years the net had some holes and the mat was a bit lax. Very smooth experience and literally 2 days later it arrived in far North Queensland. Very quick to replace everything and the trampoline is like brand new! Our girls adore it and are on it every afternoon, a must have for any family with young kids, even our 1 yr old is obsessed!
