I was given a $100 gift voucher initially that I had intended to use for a new purchase. However, despite my efforts to follow up, the communication since my initial purchase has been quite disappointing.
Unfortunately, due to the lack of timely responses, the voucher has now expired, and I was unable to use it. I would really appreciate any assistance you can offer in resolving this matter.
Thank you in advance for your support.
