3.8IKEA should think twice about recommending Sentup as installers - I would NOT recommend at all! – Planning and purchasing was fine but I was not impressed about the overall service. Once they got my 50% downpayment, it Sentup did not seem to be interested in providing a good service. I was not informed of a change in schedule - they just scheduled as they wished and by that time, you can't do anything.
The installer did not want to make extra holes as requested or did not communicate where shelves should be. The kickboard was left on a slant and a bit of concrete was showing as he did not correctly adjust where the cabinet feet should be. I have to get a handyman to fix the issue as they don't want to know about it.
Filter was not installed and following up was painful - no refund when they said they re-funded.
For the amount of money they charge, I would expect good service overall. Very disappointing!
