He also knew that using an oven that we had shortlisted would not be possible in my apartment because of some restrictions - something that no other people that had come to give me a quote told me about. I could have easily ended up with an oven that wouldn't work in my apartment because the fusebox was too small. Very happy with Sentup Australia. Everyone that I have dealt with in this company have been super nice - Steven is super impressive on the phone too. They seem like they have made a lot of customers super happy with their job. Just a shame that not many people write good reviews! If everyone only writes reviews when they have a bad experience, it won't be fair for the people that are doing the research and it won't be fair for the businesses.

Very professional – I had my ikea kitchen designed and installed by Sentup. The design process was fast and easy. A couple of minor flaws. purchase a drawer front. He cut it to size and closed the gap. The other issue I found was that the oven I bought also had similar issue though not as large. Sentup sent out a installer but unfortunately this wasn’t able to be fixed. This is due to appliances not being from ikea. This is the only negative. Ikea should advise this when purchasing a kitchen and the Sentup designer should have advised as well. That being said, Sentup office staff are fantastic and extremely helpful with my questions and concerns. The installer Marek was fantastic and the other trades they sent for the job where professional and punctual. I would definitely recommend them. Just keep in mind that if you purchase s Ikeas kitchen, you’ll need to buy there appliances. I love my new kitchen.

Think twice before you deal with Sentup – I was not careful enough to search the review before I used Sent Up The planner is professional but not very detail. basically, I designed my kitchen and adjusted to Ikea, not him. wall. The planner should know and aware before because we discuss if we need to close the door and build a cabinet instead of having a sliding door. I didn't have any choice for not adding that additional cost, otherwise my kitchen would not be completed

2. My hanging cabinet hangs over the bulkhead by 4cm, since the depth of the cabinet plus door is 39 cm whilst my bulkhead depth is only 35 cm. I didn't realise it before. Its not ideal even though its ok.

3. The bulkhead was installed without pipe!! Can you imagine bulkhead without a pipe? I miscommunicated about it. I thought they will provide the pipe to the ceiling but in fact not at all, and they did not ask us specifically for it. I asked them before if they will do the ducting pipe to outside and they said no, just inside. So I assume, the pipe is provided but only to the ceiling. Now I have to hire a handyman to install the pipe for us, and we have to take out the bulkhead that was just installed by them. So costly.

4. They charge $55 for just putting two wooden bars on the top of the dishwasher cabinet. I think it's way too costly. We provide the material and they just cut n nail it. I didn't know that it was that simple because Alex said it needs to be done otherwise the bench stone installer will not install the stone. It's actually not true. The bench installer has its own bar to cover the gap.

5. I read one review (after I finished dealing with them) that is very true. After we paid 50% of money they are not interested anymore. I am so disappointed in this case. They asked for a review and I put it down honestly but nicely, but not a single word coming from them to say thank you for review. Not even the generic message. So unprofessional.

6. The good thing is the installer we had is very good and precise. I like the result of his job. But the whole process is not nice and make us regret to use Sentup. Find other cheaper installer.

I think I will report to IKEA about it and they should review their service again. There are plenty installer out there.

Fabulous Cupboards! – I'm thrilled with the work the Sentup team did in installing my pantry cupboards. They did such a great job on the install, plus they were easy to work with, did exactly what they said they would and when they said they would do it too. I will use them again for sure!

Worst customer service ever – Aggressive phone manner with threats made over payment even though job was not complete. Took months to return and complete the installation. Will never deal with this company again EVER

Think few times before use them – Sales was good and quick response. But WORST customer service I have ever been experienced. Time booked hut installer no show. An other installer came couple days later to finish the job in one day which should be done in 2 days. Not pay attention to detail. Quite hard to get them back to do adjustment when they didn‘t install properly. It looks me over 2 months to finish the kitchen becausw they are too BUSY.

detail and fastidiousness are essential in planning a kitchen and I was very impressed with the plan for plenty of storage that Alex delivered. I had many questions after our initial meeting and requested a few changes after the plan was emailed to me and Alex was professional and prompt in all his replies. He also mentioned many aspects of IKEA products to consider in our planning session, clearly he really understands the products. punctually, worked hard + gave creative solutions. Our only complaint was that a couple of their tradies didn't bring drop sheets... leaving us a big clean up after they'd gone. We encourage Sentup to address this. Otherwise, it's been a good experience and we are SO happy with the final result.

Nick did our install and he did an excellent job. He turned up on the dot at the agreed time, and finished ahead of schedule. He managed to solve all the challenges with our installation on the day, suggesting the best solutions and we couldn't be happier with the result.

I have overseen multiple kitchen installations in my time and SentUp have easily been the easiest and most positive experience to date.

working in my house... I was unlucky in this lucky dip. It was a difficult week at a time when you need someone who can communicate and work efficiently. I'm sure SentUp have good installers, but I didn't get one. They are a busy company who have too much work and too many installers. I would go with a smaller, more personal operation, where you can engage with and screen the person who will do the actual hands on work. I hope this helps others avoid taking pot luck with SentUp.

Amazing customer service – Hardly ever write reviews but felt compelled to sign up just to commend customer service from Steven. His knowledge and passion came through. He was patient and went above and beyond with his design.

Perfect installation – Very happy with Sentup. I would recommend them. Initially there were a few items missing from the Ikea delivery, which was sorted. They came back and installed the rest and made sure everything was ok. Very friendly and reliable.

Helpful service – We initially had some issues with communication with the company and we misunderstood the capability of the subcontractors but they were able to be resolved thanks to the competent and empathetic operations manager Kevin. Knowledgeable and reliable service – From design through to installation, the whole team from Sentup were always reliable, helpful and flexible. We are very happy with the whole process and of course brand new kitchen!

Very stressful experience – A disaster from start to finish. They got plan wrong and made mistakes at every part of the job. I ended up with a kitchen very different to what the plan was because of their measuring mistake. No apologies and became threatening when I said I would report them.

From start to finish a new kitchen in one week! – We chose the IKEA style kitchen we wanted, Sentup measured our kitchen space, wrote up what fitted and a plan. From start to finish Sentup team ripped out old kitchen, rendered, installed new kitchen, did tiling and all electrical and plumbing work in just one week. - Sentup - Avoid this company – What was supposed to be a 5-day kitchen installation took 3 months. An absolute nightmare to deal with as all their workers are sub-contractors and the business owners came up with a myriad of excuses why the work was not being done. They clearly lack sufficient subcontractors to adequately service the work referred to them by Ikea.

Best service I have ever had in Australia – They have the best experts, provide excellent service, always on-time and they are always available for any question and concern and follow up until issue is addressed. I absolutely recommend them.

Staff and contractors have been a joy to talk to. Communication has been prompt, responsive and flexible. I would recommend the team at Sentup to anybody looking for help in a renovation. They provide a project management role whilst works are being done on site. We even had the luck of one of their team checking progress when we couldn't attend site.
