We had an issue and support team were on it! – After slightly longer than 1 year had some issues with the tramp, I logged a fault with the service team, sent them some photos of the issues and within 1 week, the appropriate spares arrived for me to get the tramp 100% like new, fantastic great service, cannot recommend their support highly enough!
