Please disregard my original post relating to my trampoline purchase. Unfortunately after less than 2 years I have had to make a warranty claim on my springfree trampoline and it has been rejected straight up. Apparently only a 1 year warranty which is interesting as they non stop tell you it has a 10 year warranty! Very disappointing that these guys don't stand behind their products! Thank you 0 out of 10

Whilst we do offer a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects on the trampoline, the warranty on our sunshade and all of our accessories is only for a period of 12 months which is also listed on our website.
