Great trampoline but need a better system to set up / take down – This is a great trampoline, helped get through lockdown with kids. The set up and take down needs to be improved as you need 2 people and can do serious damage to your hands trying to set it up and take it down as the "springs" require a huge amount of tension.
Purchased in at Springfree Trampoline Australia for $1,500.

Thank you for your review Chris, and we’re sorry to hear you had some trouble with servicing your trampoline. We do offer disassembly and reassembly service for our customer in most metro areas so that we can complete this work for you. We have also teamed up with a great app called BILT which also helps guide customers through the installation process with 3D diagrams and demonstrations. If you ever need to service your trampoline again, and our team are always happy to talk you through it over the phone or help you locate the installation videos or manuals on our website and even give you helpful tips on completing installation or disassembly of your trampoline. Kind Regards, The Springfree Trampoline Team
