End of Lease Clean – We used UrbanYou for our end of lease clean. We paid for 10hrs cleaning (+carpet cleaning) for 4br 2 bathroom house- they sent 2 cleaners who worked 5hrs each. $585. The house was empty so we just left them to do their thing- they called when done and locked up after themselves. After inspecting the property we were pretty happy with the job. There were a few minor oversights (bathroom exhaust fan not cleaned) and they did accidentally break a light cover- which they took full responsibility for and have offered to pay for the replacement value, so no big deal.

We easily passed our final real estate inspection.
