Amazing blender and service from Froothie – I am so glad that when I started my internet search for a high powered blender I came across Froothie and the Optimum 9400. I originally thought a Nutribullet or Ninja would be what I would end up with but after reading review on those products I realised the quality is just not there and the price in Australian dollars is ridiculous. So I thought a Vitamix was my only option if I wanted a machine to last more than a year or two at the most. I am just over the moon with my Optimum - not only can it blend anything that the other high powered blenders can, it does it at a realistic price, has a 10 year warranty, and the service that I received from Brian was right up there with the best I have ever received as a customer. I had lots of questions and nothing was too much trouble and when I decided to purchase, my machine arrived 2 days later! My husband and I and our two children are now enjoying delicious smoothies every morning and I love how it makes healthy hot soups for dinner and ice creams for dessert!! Best purchase ever! Very easy to clean, realistic price
