Springfree provide great support – We got this trampoline for my primary school age son and his friends to use. It is big enough for several kids to use together despite the warnings on the product that only one should use it at a time. It is really well designed in terms of stability and safety. I've ordered cleaning supplies and also spare parts from Springfree and have been really happy with how quickly they've arranged for delivery.
