Positive experience after sales service – A few years ago, I engaged Solar Secure to install a home solar panel system with a Growatt inverter at my property. Unfortunately, the Growatt inverter failed after nearly 4 years of service. I contacted Chris from Solar Secure about the problem. Chris was very quick to arrange a solar electrician to change the solar switch at my property. However, it did not work. Chris was swift to arrange the same solar electrician to install a new Growatt inverter (to replace the faulty inverter) at my property at no cost to me at all (as the inverter was still under the warranty period).
