Springfree - What a pleasure to deal with – We bought a Springfree in 2010. My kids used it pretty much every day for hours. On building a new house and disassembling it I found a bit of corrosion in the frame and the mat was unsurprisingly getting tired.

At reassembly a year later (completion of house build) I figured I'd ring Springfree and get a new mat, and also inquire about any warranty on the frame (even though it was past the 8 year mark).

All I can say is they were terrific, happy to sell me a mat and replace the corroded frame (even though warranty had expired) or give a significant discount on a replacement including free removal and assembly.

I found the new trampoline deal too good to refuse and we now have a new Springfree getting used daily as before.

I am surprised how accommodating they were and as such have no qualms in buying again as well as recommending to anyone. I don't see this type of service these days much anymore.
