Good vacuum – So I have mixed feelings about this product. I do want to say though that is it a brilliant machine. Though just to run is quite expensive. Sometimes i get the feeling that just plugging it in is going to lead to something else to be purchased to make it run better. So after the bags, bag saver and filters, at least I can still say the suction is amazing.

My dilemma. So I go in to drop it off for its free servicing and I am told that the machine actually isnt sucking well and that I need to upgrade to the brilliance...hmmmmmmm. So $2296 was the asking price. But hold on, I paid $1500 for the vacuum you so called told me isnt working to its capacity. To and forth we come to an agreement that I will get it for the price I paid for the intelligence and also can get a $499rrp stick vacuum.

It is one of the best vacuums i have used no doubt about it, but I do honestly think that the customer should not have to pay for the servicing parts.
