Exceptional play apparatus. Looks to serve us for years to come – This trampoline has proven to endure all forms of abuse for a handful of years, and I expect it to last some years to come. Any communication concerns I had with the product was promptly responded to by Springfree. My favourite fact of this trampoline is its clean and professional build. It looks like a quality piece of equipment even years after use (no torn/loose meshes, no cheap foam guards, no rusting springs etc..) . It's a standout visual piece in the backyard. The trampoline represents very good, but not perfect safety. Primarily compared to typical trampolines, the surrounding mesh and side posts are fully flexible, and as such all has remained intact. No tear holes, no slack in the safety netting, no net gaps to fall through. Rock solid zipper. The very rim line of the tramp mat has a hardened frame beneath, a lack of awareness to this could result in a harsh bump or knock landing body parts on it, though typically unlikely scenario. I can confirm through personal use, that I've had at least as many as 3 people, weighing at least 150kgs bouncing on this mat, it holds up. The trampoline has been moved back and forth for grass maintenance repeatedly. In terms of value, their TGOMA device was a very nice effort, and having used it, it can be good, but ultimately in a world of infinite high grade entertainment devices, digital and physical alike, the TGOMA fails to prove its worth. Hard to see a screen in the sunlight, even with the tablet shade, can be laggy, and games (at least when I tested years ago,) are fairy basic in quality. Ultimately more hassle than the TGOMA is worth. Though I'd like to see the concept innovated on for an improved iteration. This trampoline represents ultimately at least 3 times the cost of most of the closer competitors. However, if you're positive you want a trampoline for the long term, this should represent a once in a lifetime purchase. Installation will be a long and hefty effort for 2 fully grown people. Considering 'time is money', I recommend to arrange paid installation.
