What great Mattress and Base – It began with a Phone call to Latex Mattresses Australia where i was greeted by Sam the bed specialist from the very Start Sam was helpful curtious and had the product knowledege. Sam asked all the right questions that gained my confidence right away he just didnt want to sell a bed he wanted to sell me the right bed. Questions like did i suffer from any aliments, my weight, height, how i slept back or side did i have a partner her weight, height, aliments, there no doubt Sam definatley wanted the best outcome for his customer. After about 3 weeks and a number of phone calls and discussions with Sam i made the purchase. I live in Tasmania Sam organised the freight the bed set rubbish removal the whole process from the beginning to the delievery was seemless. Sam kept in touch after the deliverey to make sure all was correct and i was happy. we couldnt be happier with the Pure Indulgence Mattress and Base and of course Sam. Thanks Sam Simon and Merilyn
