The communication with the company and especially with James has been fantastic. Very responsive both on emails and phone calls. We were on a tight schedule with regards to delivery of our barrel sauna and he was able to make it happen.

I assembled the sauna myself - kudos for how well the crate was packed and for the manuals that came with it. A DIY assembly is certainly doable!
