Excellent Customer Service – I contacted Springfree to source some spare parts for our trampoline (trampoline is 6 years old and the only reason we need spare parts is our fault!) . The customer service was excellent, informative & easy to purchase replacement parts. It certainly makes buying one of these trampolines worth it. The kids will be very happy to have their trampoline back again!
